I like Kroger but do not go here regularly for my groceries because they don’t have enough people manned checkouts. Too much reliance on self. If I have to self checkout I should get a discount since I am working.

Shopped there earlier and afterward I noticed that the coupons I clipped (worth $30.98) on the app didn't get applied. They made it very easy to rectify. Didn't catch the name of the girl who helped at the service desk but she was awesome!

At Kroger in Delaware.. There’s an elderly gentleman looking for cottage cheese and he asks a worker who’s busy. The young man tells him where it’s located. The elderly man says “I looked, it’s not there”. The young man says “I’ll get it for you” with a genuine smile on his face!
