I recently ordered a sandwich for my younger brother - keep in mind I don’t typically come here. He wanted the club sub and when I got home there was no bacon or turkey - looked like just a ham and cheese sub. I paid for a club sub and did not receive one. This is by far my favorite take out place, but I was disappointed today with my sandwich. I ordered the Italian on Rosemary Pharm. The bun was so dried out and hard it was very difficult to eat.?
The kids that were working on 12/8/23 were not that great. When ordering one of my subs, I asked for cheese on both sides of the bread. When the sub was being made, I politely asked for cheese on the other side of the bread, like I asked in my order. When asking for this, the response I received was “ Well, that cost extra.” Is the rudest way.
