I just got out of my SAT and was want breakfast. I ordered breakfast online at 1020 and wasn’t able to pick it up until 1035. I get there and told them my order number and they said I couldn’t get breakfast after 1030. When I said that I ordered before then, the lady proceeded to tell me they don’t put orders in until I get there. I’m beyond mad. If I ordered before 1030, I should be able to get my food.

This was my first time in the store. While eating my meal, I observed their operation. They really have a system down, for inside, mobile and drive through. During a drive through visit they gave my dog a cup of whipped cream. Bonus Points for that!!

Their inside service I'm sorry and door dash service Im sorry is needing serious attention cause it sucks. I ordered a frappe and it tasted nasty. Told them. They made me a new one. The second one was just as nasty. Then you have to wait so long to get and help. If your a door dasher I'm sorry ?Kid-friendliness: They do always have some kind if kid friendly activities that this McDonald's will set up for the kids. Like a coloring station with small toys to take home, or a prize winning spin wheel outside. This McDonald's does come up with more kid friendly activities then the other two in town. But the service all together as a whole is terrible. They don't take you're orders up at the cash register by a employee anymore. If you go inside you have to set up you're own order on these huge touch screens. Then today at breakfast my boyfriend's biscuit and gravy was put together horribly. Worst he's ever gotten. There was hardly any gravy onto of his biscuits. You have to wait forever whenever you come inside to collect a doordash order. They need to put more effort on their service then they are doing with activities. We come for food.
