When I first moved to Delaware about two years ago, this was definitely a step down from other Holowicki McDonald's (Dublin for example). I do think they are improving though.
I agree with reviews about missing items - just make sure you check before you leave. And they do frequently make you drive up into the waiting spots for the drive through (which I dread because they have forgotten about me a couple times).
