Probably the nicest staff ever. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 drinks and 2 pup cups. When I got to the window, the coupon I had (buy 1 get 1) wasn't working on my phone so I couldn't pull it up. I didn't have enough in my acct for both drinks so I had them remove 1. Then my card didn't work and I'm scrounging the car for the change, embarrassingly holding up the line. I finally got the amount and handed it to the cashier after overly apologizing...
This Starbucks has a drive-thru but I like to go inside. They are always friendly and make my drinks just the way I want them. There is plenty of seating and not noisy. So I enjoy my Starbucks drink right there.
Me: is there coffee in these frappucinos?
Employee: yea, there is.
Me: they just look and taste different than what I get every day.
Employee: I made them myself, what do you want me to do?
The drinks were remade and tasted awful. It's so frustrated to order ahead, not have things correct, and have to leave after they are still disgusting. I'm tired of paying $$ for bad coffee from people with bad attitudes.
