Then he hands me the first sandwich of the day without a bag. Dry muffin, cold everything else. At least put it in the microwave lol. Love this place - the people are always kind and get through the orders quickly. My only complaint is that I’m addicted to iced capps.

Stopped for iced capp, as the McDonald’s nearby couldn’t make their frozen frappes. Could not get an iced capp as machine was down. Makes me wonder if same person owns both franchises. Sign of poor mgt to have non-working equipment, especially on weekends. Will not stop here again.

We had an issue with our order, and the gal that was originally helping us was not a whole lot of help. However, Shelly, another employee came over to the window and not only helped rectify the situation, but went above and beyond for us. It is very hard to find good customer service anywhere these days, but Shelly was wonderful!

Worst location ever. Employee at drive-thru rudely told me they were closing early due to weather- it was 43 degrees and light rain. Not sure what they'll do in the spring....I hope they go out of business soon and a good coffee shop takes their place.
