this place does not teach their employees the size guide, always order a medium and have gotten small several time, thought okay first time is a mistake 3 times later is a no go!! then when i asked if this was a medium (it was a SMALL) they said yes and handed me the cup… teach everyone what the sizes are please. and when you try to call no one answers wow.
I received Stellar service today at this Tim Hortons location! The lady that was running the drive-through was awesome! I really appreciate great customer service, I have been in customer service for 30 years are?

We had an issue with our order, and the gal that was originally helping us was not a whole lot of help. However, Shelly, another employee came over to the window and not only helped rectify the situation, but went above and beyond for us. It is very hard to find good customer service anywhere these days, but Shelly was wonderful!
