“We have been gluten free for years, and had gotten used to the sub-par gluten free frozen donuts, as there was not another option. Then, we found these donuts (this shop) on Facebook! The texture, flavor, aroma.... These are REAL donuts! And, the customer service matches the product! Our third or fourth time ordering, there was a mix-up about the date we would pick up. Noticing that the donuts for our order were not where they should be, Jen called to clarify our pick up details. When she learned that the donuts were supposed to be picked up the morning of the call instead of the prior day- the mix-up - she remade our order to ensure the freshest donuts possible. This attention to detail is highly appreciated! And to top off my experience of her excellent customer service, I overheard her advising a young woman with Celiac on best practices when dining out to ensure that her meal would not harm her!Dietary restrictions: GfDf donuts and more!“
“We had an issue with our order, and the gal that was originally helping us was not a whole lot of help. However, Shelly, another employee came over to the window and not only helped rectify the situation, but went above and beyond for us. It is very hard to find good customer service anywhere these days, but Shelly was wonderful!“
“Went in today to get breakfast with our toddler. We got 3 donuts, some loaded hashbrowns, egg bites, and drinks for everyone. All of the food came out to less than $30 which I felt was super reasonable. The food items came out warm and fresh tasting, the donuts especially were great! The 2 cold brews we ordered were perfectly made and served quickly. We ate inside and the dining room was clean and the straw/napkin stand well stocked.“
