“I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. This Starbucks always has the most amazing service, drinks, and speed! I love how no matter who’s working, they always ask how we are, if we need anything else, and tell us to have a great day no matter if it’s too early to socialize or right before close. Whenever I’m having a tough morning I usually choose to get coffee here to lift my spirits. I wish I could list out specific names of people so they can get recognized, but there hasn’t been a single person who I wouldn’t want recognized. Thank you all!!“

“I had the best experience at Starbucks on Frantz Rd in Dublin today. I used the drive thru, got a plain latte, and Loic that prepared my latte wanted to let me know my latte had a heart on it, it made my day, since I am a previous coffee shop owner, I really appreciate that Loic took the extra time of making sure I knew that she created a heart on my latte. Keep up the good work creating great lattes. You’re the best❤️“

“I work in the shopping center and I hate to admit I frequent this location almost daily, but ive yet to have a single bad experience in nearly 3 months of doing so. I have to say the employees here are so kind and attentive. Dawn is just exceptional. Always has a smile on her face and such a warm and kind voice and mannerisms and she's so quick and effortless In what she does and everything is always perfectly made! I know this is inside a giant eagle but the space is so warm and inviting and the sitting area is rather large and quiet. It's also one of the few Starbucks that's never out of any ingredients somehow!“

“This was a great Starbucks visit! Kyra provided great customer service. I observed her being very patient with a customer who was having difficulty with the app. She was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were also excellent. It was a pleasant surprise to see a location in which every employee was engaged and working hard and positively together. Keep it up!“
