“I had the best experience at Starbucks on Frantz Rd in Dublin today. I used the drive thru, got a plain latte, and Loic that prepared my latte wanted to let me know my latte had a heart on it, it made my day, since I am a previous coffee shop owner, I really appreciate that Loic took the extra time of making sure I knew that she created a heart on my latte. Keep up the good work creating great lattes. You’re the best❤️“

“I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. This Starbucks always has the most amazing service, drinks, and speed! I love how no matter who’s working, they always ask how we are, if we need anything else, and tell us to have a great day no matter if it’s too early to socialize or right before close. Whenever I’m having a tough morning I usually choose to get coffee here to lift my spirits. I wish I could list out specific names of people so they can get recognized, but there hasn’t been a single person who I wouldn’t want recognized. Thank you all!!“

One day I was having an awful morning and needed a “pick-me-up” so I went to this location because they’re too busy and I can get in and out. “Every time I've been here, it's been busy and it's been hard to find a table. However, I think it's cute and quaint, like historic Dublin. Otherwise, it's a Starbucks so nothing more to say about the menu. Service is good.“
