“I always have loved this location always super nice friendly and not judgemental either which is good for me and others like me I will re-edit this review in a little bit. I need to find the girls name but she is always super nice. Super awesome! If she makes a mistake she'll just offer to give you whatever mistake it was that she made and she makes it right. It's only happened a couple of times but I understand when you're making hundreds of drinks per day. I really appreciate that. That's very nice. Very professional and smart. It entices you to keep coming back and it's a really good business move makes you want to tell your friends hey, check this place out. Highly recommend this location highly“

“I visited the store on Saturday, May 30th around 10:45AM. I have a Starbucks directly next to my house and I choose to come to this location because of the service I typically get, but today was the exception.

I was being served by Hannah at the cash register when the manager came up, a tall gentleman, and said to her rudely “I’ll finish here, go to the back”. It was sharp and rude, and in front of customers. It made us all uncomfortable. She immediately said “ok” and continued busting her tail the whole time we were there, didn’t stop moving, and moved fast. In the future, please note that this community values businesses that respect their (hardworking) employees and treat them with kindness, especially in front of the customer. At minimum, a “please” would’ve been better, or literally a million other ways to have delivered that. The commanding tone was too much“

“This is a poorly located drive thru. It's just hard to maneuver. It has two entrances and this makes people unnecessarily aggressive when it comes to moving up in line. The parking lot feels small and tightly spaced. When you exit the lot you can only turn right. You can do a full loop around the building to exit through a back entrance onto the side street. Then the only issue is, if the line is long you get stuck waiting in line again until you can finally move past everyone. If you decide to park and walk in, you run into the risk of being blocked in by people waiting in the drive-thru line.“

“I come to this location frequently since moving to the area a few months back and everyone is always so welcoming no matter what time of day I come, and coffee is always delicious! I called today to ask for some cups/lids for my classroom transformation and they happily provided me with the supplies for my class. Thanks again!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to say that Ryan, a barista, here is phenomenal. He was the only person making drinks with a decent line. The mobile ordering system crashed, so my mobile order never went through the system. He saw me standing there, asked if i had a mobile order, and had me pull up my receipt. Not only did he memorize my entire order, but he made it in under a minute. I was super impressed and he had amazing customer service.“

“This is by far our favorite Starbucks in the area. My kids and I love to visit this location because it's the quickest service, and the warmest staff. We especially love the manager here, who has made the effort to build a personal relationship with our family. We also witness him being so great to his staff, being in the trenches with them daily, and offering supportive coaching. We will continue to favor this location above the rest!“

“The staff was very attentive and accommodating to my needs as a customer. Partners welcomed me in and greeted me with a smile. I’m an out of state ASM and they made me feel right at home. They offered me my beverage in a for here cup which I was delighted to take. And I forget this persons name but they had dark curly hair and glasses they touched on the five key moments and brought my beverage out to me. Wonderful hosting from this store. 💚“

“We stopped in for pumpkin spice drinks to kick off the beginning of fall and accidentally spilled one of the drinks while we were sitting inside the restaurant. A hot sticky autumnal tidal wave of caffeine went absolutely everywhere. The Saturday morning crew saw us trying to clean up the mess and immediately offered to replace the drink while someone ran out to mop up the floor. The team was incredibly kind and understanding. The beverages were, of course, well made. Highly recommend this Starbucks for their attentive friendly staff.“

“I've never actually been in this Starbucks, but I've worked near here for years and this is the one I always order from on doordash. Any time, day or night, during the week or weekend my coffee is done almost absurdly fast and always tastes exactly right. Especially appreciated considering the one I live next to is exactly the opposite.“

“I visited this Starbucks location to study. Upon arriving I was able to see that there was accessible parking and sidewalks that were level with the parking lot allowing easy access without having to move to a ramp after exiting your car.The inside counters are at a good height for easy use by anyone. There is also a wide open floor lay out allowing for easy flow of traffic within the store.One flaw may be the doors entering the building as they have a pull handle for the outside and push for the inside, both doors are fairly heavy to open and could pose as a barrier. The menu is shown in large print behind the barista station for accessibility view. There is music playing but it serves as good background noise and is not overly loud or distracting. Very friendly staff and quick service every time.“

“The other day I was at the drive through and I wasn't sure what I wanted to drink. The awesome barista girl gave me a mini sample of the new lemonade refresher along with my ordered drink! She was super positive and kind and made my day“

“I ordered two Mango Refreshers today, and while the wait was about 25 minutes, it was very clear the team was doing the best they could. It was the first 90-degree day of the year, the store was extremely busy, and they were unfortunately understaffed. Despite that, every employee we interacted with was kind, apologetic, and working hard nonstop.

To anyone leaving reviews over wait times, please remember that warmer weather brings huge rushes of orders, and many retail workplaces are dealing with staffing shortages right now. Unless employees are actually rude or disrespectful, a little patience and empathy go a long way. The staff handled a stressful situation with professionalism and kindness, and I really appreciated that.“

We had a short conversation and yet they remembered details and mentioned them on the cup. If I lived here, I would go out of my way to visit here just because they were so wonderful.“

Every single person there especially Ema, Matt, Alissa and Jack Are so nice and really care about Each client and what they’re giving them! “This is the best Starbucks in the greater surrounding area. The people that work here truly care about making sure you have a great experience and they do their very best to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. You will not wait in line for a long time at the Starbucks like you might at others. The drive-thru is always running so smoothly, and the drinks are always made perfectly, and when you come in, you truly feel welcomed by every single employee. They relieve you go out of their way to be genuine and connect with every customer. I will drive past other starbucks locations to go to this one. The consistency of the food service and atmosphere all being five stars every time is what keeps me coming back again and again sometimes two times a day!

“I went a few days ago but haven’t had a chance to write a review. The service was amazing Adara was so kind and was super helpful with helping me figure out what to order. She had a great recommendation for me and was super patient, it was very clear she really knew what she was doing. Lately a lot of my experiences at other stores have felt very generic and disingenuous, but Adara was so genuinely kind and treated me like we’d been friends for years. “I had a wonderful experience. Dawntaya was very kind and personable. I expressed to her that I wanted a sweet drink but not sure what to order. She suggested a Matcha. I told her I’m not a fan of Starbucks Matcha. Dawntaya told me I just had to try hers. Needless to say I ordered the matcha and it was so delicious & sweet. “I come here often and am always greeted by happy faces and wonderful service. I've always considered it one of my favorite Starbucks'. Today however they went above and beyond, I went to get my reusable cup for the holiday season to find that they had no lids, but just cups. The barista started by offering that the cups fit normal lids perfectly and we could still get the discount if we brought them back, and was apologetic that they were out of the reusable lids. I went to study upstairs, and the barista came and found me 30 minutes later with a reusable lid saying they had just been given more and she had seen our backpacks and wanted to make sure we had them! Above and beyond customer service with a smile, now without question, my favorite Starbucks! - Not to mention their drinks have always been on point!“

“Unfortunately the drinks were really poor quality today, and when I asked if there was supposed to be cold foam on the drink I was handed (which I order most days - iced Dubai chocolate matcha), the barista explained to me that it was there, just had mixed in with the drink. This after a long wait in an awkward atmosphere with staff inside seeming to actively avoid communicating with customers standing there patiently (longer than they should without being addressed). Bummer experience this morning. Hope y’all can get it sorted out and get things back on track at this store.

“I visited the Starbucks at Polaris Mall hoping to try a new drink I thought I would enjoy — unfortunately, it just wasn’t for me. It wasn’t bad, just not my taste, so I ended up tossing it and came back to ask for some water. I happened to mention the situation to one of the baristas, Megan, and she was incredibly kind. Not only did she give me water, but she also kindly offered to make me a replacement drink. Her excellent customer service and kindness truly made my day. Thank you, Megan!“

“This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Starbucks is conveniently connected to the inside of the LeVeque Tower, which has a beautiful interior. I got a white hot chocolate cold, which consisted of milk, ice, and white chocolate flavoring. This tasted quite good. There are two tables inside this Starbucks, and more seating in the hotel lobby as well as a large, comfortable red plush bench by the tower’s elevators. There’s also a small plaza across the seat with about six benches to sit at. I gave this Starbucks five stars because it’s in a nice location and because I received good service.“

“I go to a lot of Starbucks in Krogers. But this time i had one of the best experiences, the barista was the sweetest. She was kind, really friendly, and very efficient. She heard me talking to my sister about her not needing a lot of sugar because we were going to be stuck in the car for awhile. The barista asked why, and i told her we were traveling, and on the way out she wished us a good day and safe travels. It was the best.“

“Had some unexpected free time with my little one after a class was canceled, so we rolled over to the Easton Starbucks for a little summer treat. This location has been recently remodeled, and the updates really give it a cozy, community feel. Most of the seating is set up in pairs, perfect for quick chats or relaxing hangs, and there’s a long communal table ideal for folks working or sipping solo.

I ordered my go-to off-menu favorite—Green Tea Matcha Lemonade—and it hit the spot as always. My little one tried the new Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher, which was light, fruity, and just right for a warm day.

“This Starbucks is located inside a Krogers I lived across the street from on High Street from 1978 -1983. My Krogers as been torn down and replaced with a beautiful Mega Krogers. Starbucks dud not exist in 1978.I've been living in San Francisco since 1985 and Columbus and High St. are nearly unrecognizable to me. And it appears the building I lived in for eight happy years is slated for demolition.Everything changes nothing stays the same.“

“I don't normally write reviews because it feels very bi$tchy to complain about coffee. But I had to say something cause this is the only Starbucks in this side of the town. Consistency and drive thru waiting times have gotten better at this location but the vibes have not! They always make my coffee right (one big guy in particular makes it really well) but they always look insane the entire time. I come in the afternoons and one time I saw the guy I was talking about making drinks then, run to the other side of the shop to pull sandwiches out of the oven THEN, go up to the window to cash the car out and hand drinks THEN, take an order on the little mic in his ear and Finally run back to make more drinks. Is he supposed to run the whole place by himself? Poor guy apologized for the wait time when he handed me my drink and a card. Whoever is in charge of this place, don't open the doors if you don't have the right amount of people to work there. I'm taking my business elsewhere to reduce their workload. PS, this isn't a Cafe because yall don't have chairs or a bathroom (I'm not complaining, just saying).“
