I didn’t grab their name but the person with the elphaba glasses genuinely made my day with the sweetest and personalized message on my cup! We had a short conversation and yet they remembered details and mentioned them on the cup. If I lived here, I would go out of my way to visit here just because they were so wonderful.
Unsure of his name, but there’s one barista (taller Black man, I believe he wears glasses but honestly don’t remember) who always goes above and beyond with the messages he writes on cups. While most baristas write something (likely to be in compliance with Starbucks requirements), his messages are always well-thought out and unique. It’s a small thing, but every time I visit I always notice the care he puts into this small detail. Give this man a raise!
In a Kroger. Iced coffee had the residual flavor of another drink in it.

The Starbucks Coffee Company on High street has a welcoming atmosphere and a clean store. The staff is very friendly and provides phenomenal customer service, remembering customers' names and being willing to assist those in need. The store has a few high top tables and standard tables, but it can be quite crowded and loud, making it difficult for some customers to navigate, especially wheelchair users. The counters are at a good height, but the lack of automatic doors and tight layout can be a challenge. The music playing in the background creates a calm feeling, but some areas, such as the bathroom with keypads, may be non-accessible for certain people. Customers can order drinks like a frappacino, but some have experienced long wait times. Despite this, many customers have had a positive experience, with one customer enjoying their daily coffee and another appreciating the clean and quiet store. However, some customers have noted that the store can be overwhelming and that the prices can be overpriced. Overall, the staff and atmosphere are very welcoming and positive, but some areas, such as accessibility and wait times, could be improved.
