The guy at Cafe was very unfriendly, rude and unmannered. That employee yelled very badly at one of thecustomer when I was there. The customer had to use kiosk to buy food, Which he didn't realized. Instead of using kiosk he was trying to order at counter.
One of the main campus cafes at Ohio State. Open till 10 PM on weekdays. Very quick service even though it generally has a crowd. Bakery and salads are also available. You can skip the line with the Tapingo app.

I never got my smoothie. I waited 30 minutes for them to call my name, and they never did, or if they did, they whispered it. There was no crowd or noise, so there's no excuse for not being audible. I moved closer to the counter after about ten minutes and I heard other names called, but they were so quiet you had to be standing two feet away from the counter to hear them, even without any crowd or other noise.
