My wife and I got a wonderful 10" cassata cake for our wedding from Maria, and it was delicious and looked good too. Maria provided comprehensive samples for us before selecting our cake flavor, and we had trouble picking a favorite because they were all so tasty. Our wedding cake was stunning with white buttercream decorated with blue swirls, dots and rhinestone bands separating the three tiers. We had Casada cake on the bottom tier and it was absolutely phenomenal! The red velvet on the second tier was amazing. Rather than saving the top tier, which was wedding white, to freeze for our anniversary, we decided to eat it. It was so moist and the butter cream frosting was the best! Thank you Maria & Joe!
