We stopped midway in a drive from New York to Chicago, and this spot did not disappoint. The combinations were unique and the custard/ice cream was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was humming with activity of people enjoying a late summer dessert. Would definitely recommend!
You always have to stop at places like this because you know they are a hidden gems. This place is the bomb when it comes to ice cream and food omg! I usually get the bucket sundae for the little bucket candies you get and the cheeseburger is delicious.

Food is very good, mom & pop-type variety. Waitress was nice but a little too “chatty-cathy” with apparently a local couple. There were times I needed something or a drink refill and our server just yacked away with the aforementioned party, like they hadn’t seen each other in 10 years. Somewhat annoying. I was visiting from out-of-state. Clean atmosphere and everything looked presentable for the surroundings. A cute place.
