“The employees are always nice/friendly and the orders are usually accurate. When I came through today though, the coffee didn't have any chocolate in it and had a lot more cream than usual. I would've questioned the coffee, but I was in a hurry and just trusted that the chocolate was in the bottom of the cup or something. “Let me start out by mentioning my 80 pound Bermese Mountain Dog has just gotten spayed earlier that morning. After picking her up from the vet. I thought I would stop at Starbucks to get her a water and a treat for her being such a good girl after having a major surgery just a spur of the moment thought. I was in the drive though for about five minutes. When I start to place my order, Smoke immediately starts coming from the hood of my car and it turns off. I immediately told employee taking my order he ran outside to my rescue. I was able to get my car to restart long enough to pull in a parking spot. He stopped traffic to make sure I got a spot close to the door. He got on the ground and told me that was car was leaking fluid. He thought it wouldn’t be safe for myself and 80 pound to sit in my car and wait for assistance. They would be more then happy to break policy and have us both sit inside the store to escape heat. I thanked him. Inside I then go to place my normal summer drink which a Passton Tea Lemonade Sweetend with extra lemonade and lite ice and a water for my puppy. I reach to pay and the employee said that this one is on us today. I said no it was not necessary and with no hesitation again she said No this one is on us. The moral of my story is that if I didn’t decide to stop for our drinks who knows what gould have happened to us. No detail is too big or too small. I will always return back to that particular Starbucks and they will always receive my business.“
