“I love this place bagels are always fresh salads are delicious and the customer service is great. The one lady who is at the cash register everyday,(I think her name is Leann) is awesome she greats everyone with a smile and remembers names. Most people in customer service are not so nice everday as she is.. No matter how I am feeling by the time I get to the cash register she puts a smile on my face because of her kindness. I have no complaints.“

“Love it here! They have a huge variety of beverages, coffee and not. And all their drinks can be made hot, iced or frozen! My favorite is a hot mocha mocha. Or for something cold and refreshing I love their lemonade with strawberry boba and added zip for energy! Very friendly staff 😊“

“i got the combo number one and it was pretty good. the fries were great but the pizza had to much cheese and was undercooked. i really enjoyed the free refills on the fountain soda. all in all this place is pretty good for the prices and its great for a family dine out experience“

“This is a quick and easy place to grab some delightful bagel sandwiches. They have a slew of options including breakfast sandwiches. The staff was fun and quite interactive with us. They are typically not too busy, so usually no more than a 5 minute wait. It’s always been an easy in/out. Stop by and snag a sandwich. You might be pleasantly surprised.“

“These Bagels were absolutely delicious. I tried three schmears. Coffee was a little weak. But everyone there was smiling and everything was affordable. Huge shout out to Riley and Dharma for helping me with a difficult large order 1010 will be back“

“I’ve had breakfast here several times over the past few months while my wife has had hospital visits. The food is always great and the staff friendly. My go-to is the bacon and cheddar bagel and medium roast coffee. I don’t look forward to being here at the hospital, but I do love getting my Einstein’s!“

“I frequent the Chagrin location and must say they never disappoint. Pilar and her hard working crew are the best. The food is always hot, good and consistent. The staff knows all the regulars and we have a great time chatting with them while they work. Thank you for all your hard work!“
