Stopped by while on a weekend trip to Cleveland and after a day seeing Lake Erie at Sim's Park. Delicious banana split and my son loved his vanilla custard cone! My sister liked her sundae as well! Cute little Custard stand and delicious on a hot day!
the black haired lady was completely rude getting impatient and not making anything clear. Totally an unacceptable experience. Hopefully they work on that

The staff is friendly and inviting. The location could maybe use some natural elements, like poted plants, just to curb the fact that it is a parking lot location. The custard was yum.
