This KFC was supposed to open at 10:30. It opened at 11 i sat out in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Waiting for them to to open when they finally opened. I went in, I was greeted by a young man in all black, he asked me what was I ordering? I gave him a coupon for a 10 piece mix. I paid the 1699. So I can get it white and dark 10. Piece, he asks me, yes, I said, long story short, when I got home he had given me an 8 piece but there's no way he works for KFC and can't count to ten.

The KFC we went to up on Euclid it was family friendly place employees with very nice the food was very tasty especially the little apple popper shopping a desert it was very tasty it was sad the one KFC on Broadway was closed so me and my wife took a little road trip to go to the one KFC on Euclid about a 25-minute drive but it was worth it I wish there was one closer in my neighborhood but I will be going back to that one cuz it was so fine family friendly and I just might take that little 20-minute road trip just to go to that KFC😇🚗 have a blessed Holiday Inn on New Year

I placed my order, noticed they locked the lobby and waited for so I called to see if they could bring it out. I got “we don’t got any chicken sandwiches, cancel it and go to Popeyes”. Well I couldn’t cancel because you confirmed the order!!! Talked to support and got a refund. Corporate tomorrow.

First of all , the atmosphere in this place is very hostile , and tense seeing as this place only employs young hood looking and acting people. The food is subpar. And for some odd reason , they close every day at six p m , while other locations in the city are open until ten , sometimes even ten thirty p m. I went to this location today. And this very young guy couldn't have been no more than about 18 years old stared at me while I was knocking on the door to be let In and when I asked where's they closed? He shooed me a as if I was Nothing. At this time it was 7:04 p m. It Is posted on the door that they are open from 10 AM to 10:30 PM or it may even be the other way around, but it also says the dining area is open until 8 PM. But, as I mentioned in the beginning This place normally closes inside and drive through at six pm and sometimes even earlier! Something needs to be done about this!

This establishment is literally 10 minutes from my house I skip this place everytime - they finally brought back the spicy wings & wedges I will make a visit to the West 117th location better service & portions are more suited for the customer .
