The best of the KFC stores that I have been to
I will be coming back because it's worth the ride and I went to the Euclid store, got my food and was back home eating in20 minutes
I would have still been in line at the store by me. And I liked the way the staff treated me

By far the worst experience ever.!! Save yourself the hassle and do not go. The general manager was sooooo disrespectful.! Food wasn’t made correctly and he didn’t issues a refund or make food over because he said he would eat it so I should too. Smh never again.! The new GM Mekia was very helpful when we placed our orders at the drive thru. She was very knowledgeable and efficient when it came down to helping us out. I will definitely start coming back to that location if she continues to work there.

I ordered thru drive thru and parked, only to have to venture back for utensils. Afterwards when I open box , my chicken was practically raw. Another trip inside. The nerve no refund which was fine. The next couple pieces he called himself replacing were as disgusting as the other pieces.

The Majority Of The Time All I Hear Is We Ain't Got No More Hot Sauce, Butter, Honey, The Other Day They Didn't Have No Cole Slaw Or Hot sauce. Now I Will Say The Food Here Has Improved Far As Fresh Chicken. The Store Manager & The Employees Are Professional Majority Of The Time. The District Manager Is Rhonda And She Doesn't Play About Her Stores. So This Kfc Just Needs To Improve On Condiments. And Making Sure Orders Are Correct

I just left the drive thru at the 260 & Euclid location and the supervisor on duty was so rude! She assumed that I was blowing my horn in the drive thru, and told me "Now Im not serving you" after i had waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. When I called her on her rude demeanor, and explain that I wasn't blowing my horn, she went on to vent about a lack of staff. I told her that wasn't my fault and she should've offered my an apology for assuming that it was me who was blowing the horn, and threatening not to serve me, opposed to APOLOGIZING TO ME FOR THE LONG WAIT! When I asked for a supervisors name and number, she kept telling me she was the supervisor. I work a few blocks down and use to frequent this KFC, but never again

As soon as my friend and I walked in Rhonda, Micca both greeted us with a pleasant real genuine smile and the smile never left there face still at 9pm. I was very impressed how fresh and 100% àmazing. I ate every last bite and then I had to order 2 bowls Togo and Jermaine took care of us let me tell u how he was looking like it was his break time YET still stopped and took great care of us And then he went to tell the cook but stopped and said I'll make it for you! Tall about a multi tasking restaurant especially Micca. Micca along with Jermaine jumped in any station that needed attention. I don't do reviews but I HAD AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE I LET THE WORLD KNOW.. Thanks you 3 employees.
