The guys handling the drive thru have poor service and attitudes. No one says thank you no matter how polite you are. The young guy at the window literally says nothing, no hello, he doesn't even tell you the price..He just stares at you, wait for you to give him your money, give you your change, and closes the window. The food was made so sloppy, drowning in mayo. The only positive thing I can say is that it came out very fast...However, it was only one car in front of me and it look like they pulled off without no food.Oh and about a year ago, I came to this location and one of the older men(I think late 20s) was cussing out a younger man(I think a teen) right in front of the drivethru window.

Today 10/2923 at 5pm I went through the drivethrough and asked for two 4 wing boxes,I was told the total was $36.00.....the same franchise in Niles Ohio on Youngstown Warren Road I can get the same 8 wings for $11 please someone from corporate make it make sense for me..

I ordered a chicken sandwich/nugget combo and a leg, thigh and breast, along with two bowls. What I received was the two bowls, chicken tenders, and that's it. This location is horrible. They just give you what they feel like giving you, regardless of what you ordered. Their customer service is pathetic, no one who's working behind the counter cares about what customers want. As long as they get their paychecks, nothing else matters it seems like. Definitely not a reflection of what KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN (not KFC) used to be. Do better. Better yet, hire better people.
