This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The service is extremely slow, orders are wrong and ingredients are left out. This place need to be shut down or get people who actually want to work and give good customer service. Will never go back. Hope the owner is seeing this and make tremendous changes.

If you want to wait forever, be treated rudely and receive whatever they feel like making you instead of what you ordered, then this is the place for you.

They don’t even make up for their mistakes when you complain to management

Went on a late night maybe around midnight. When you get stuck in line and to thing to order. They tell you they was only accepting DoorDash orders but you can order through DoorDash (why not just take my order?) get to the window and they all looked super high, laughing joking meanwhile it’s a line of people waiting. Nobody had hair nets on. Food was hot though when we finally got it

Beyond upset after a really bad day I just wanted my quesadilla extra sauce that I always get… I get it cheese is still shredded cheese not even melted in the slightest no sauce at all even tho I said EXTRA and it’s not even cut 🤬🤬🤬

I waited 23 mins stuck between cars for a chalupa. When I got to the front I had to wait another 5 mins girl sat on her phone the whole time and didn’t even look at me when she handed me my food. Cars were so lined up they were out in the road but most turned around and left.

Apparently during shift change they can't take orders, or see orders on the screen. I have come here a few times and every single time I've had issues with this store if it's not one thing it's another. Get your stuff together or close down store. By the way I have been in the Drive-Thru and stuck in the Drive-Thru now for over 30 minutes

Every time I go here my order comes out completely wrong. I have to dissect my burritos before I pull off because half the time they come out literally missing the meat, ice cold, or just the wrong order altogether.

Just want to enjoy Taco Bell but you guys make it really difficult.

Wouldn't be surprised if they shut this location down.

So the workers here are relatively nice. The biggest issue here is the cost. A 12 pack of tacos is like $22. I can go to an authentic Mexican restaurant and get tacos for about for 3 for $3 for example. Fast food cheap garbage tacos should not cost more then authentic better quality tacos.
