Got here at 9:50 pm and was told they are only accepting uber eats or doordash orders. And no way to get out of the drive thru!!! Awful, if I could give 0 stars I would. No hate to the employees, I'm sure they didnt decide to do that. Whoever in management made that decision should be pretty disappointed in themselves.

This place is horrible and always has been! I pulled up to the drive through, I was the only car there. It took 3 minutes or so just for someone to ask me for my order. So I pull up to the window and I sat there for 4 minutes (without exaggerating) finally a young man came to the window and asked if I had a pick up or wanted to place an order? I told him I placed my order on the speaker 4 minutes ago, and he looked at me funny! I said I gave my order to a lady on the speaker, and he said, "What is your order?" I told him what it was, and he mumbled something about the lady and said "ok let me get that for you." He went to make the order and 4 minutes later a lady came to the window leaned against something and messed on her phone for another few minutes then she opened the window and told me my total for my order. When I finally got through there and came home to eat, neither of my burrito supreme's had any sour cream on them!! So after being in the drivethru for 20 minutes, my food wasn't right!! You would think that as long as it took, not to mention the price of it, your food should be correct!! Horrible, horrible management here!! I won't go back, I will go 5 miles down the road to Taco Bell on Som Center they usually have it going on there. Maybe they should ask for a few pointers from them!

They lucky they didn’t give me my receipt cause I would make a formal complaint. If I wasn’t too tired to drive back down there I would definitely take this food back. For one the chalupas are stale and old smh, then I paid for extra meat and added nacho cheese which made a $12 meal go to over $17 for me not to have extra meat and not a drop of nacho cheese smh. Taco Bell y’all slippin and just tiring anybody letting them do whatever in yo establishment, it was more than enough employees there to get my order right. To imagine I use to work at this location when I was younger we would have never served no food like this.

The wait for food is longer than it should be even with no other people ordering before me and every time my order is wrong, missing items and/or sloppily put together. The service from the employees is also never inviting and almost seems like I am an annoyance to them.

Honestly just the worst taco bell location I've ever been to in my life. I originally thought it was a one off but I don't belive I've ever had a good experience. Slow, incompetent, and unfriendly employees. Order may or may not be right, it won't be warm despite taking forever to allegedly make it. If you want taco bell and are able, go to a different location. 0/5
