This is why nobody wants to come here employees just lounging around doors locked before 9pm manager no where to be found drive thru back up into the street the store and counters can be seen through drive thru dirty as hell. And the employees have no clue what they are doing.

I THINK THIS LOCATION STRIVES ON BAD SERVICE&MAKING INCORRECT ORDERS & DONT ANSWER THE PHONE TO STRAIGHTEN THINHS OUT!!!!!!!THE IS ANOTHER UPDATE FROM THE LAST VISIT 6 MONTHS AGO,DAMN SHAME STILL BAD SERVICE!!!!!!! JUST LEFT AS IAM WRITING THIS!!!!!!!!!! 1ST HOW IS THE INSODE CLOSED AT 8:15PM?!?!? 2ND WHY IS IT A EMPLOYEE THERE WHO THEY OPNED THE DOOR&LET HIM COME IN&MAKE HOW OWN FOOD&NOT WEARING HIS UNIFORM? 3RD MY ORDER IS COMPLETELY WRONG,IVE CALLED 2X&NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE,SMH. It’s 3am the woman literally talks to me, asks what I want, I answer, and then she doesn’t answer, I wait, I wait, nothing. completely ignores me for no reason don’t get it. If you’re close just say it, no reason to ignore people and make them loose their time!

Just ordered $80 worth of items. 5 items were completely missing, the food was cold, and the cheese smelled like chemicals or a VERY dirty grill (Grilled cheese burrito and Cantina Tacos). This is the worst Taco Bell I have been too in my 30 years on this planet. Do better.

The staff told me that the lobby closes at 5 p.m. Since I do not drive, I can not use the drive-thru, so I've stopped coming to this location.

This place is terrible and I didn’t even order from the store in person I ordered from DoorDash yeah I understand DoorDash has its issues but no the problem here is Taco Bell. I ordered a meal and a burrito cool little order for a late night afternoon but when I got my food, the bag was seeping with oil and grease Instead of switching out the bag. They put it in a plastic bag and tied it super Duper tight like that’s gonna keep DoorDasher from taking my food and then I didn’t receive my drink now this could also be on the part of the doordasher, but no, I believe it’s the part of the Taco Bell because of how badly they did my food I also asked for no tomato or lettuce in my crunch wrap and what did they do they put tomato and lettuce in my crunch wrap all of my food is cold and soggy for some odd reason. I don’t even wanna know why but this place is terrible and if you ever wanna come to it please I would rather you go to the mid ass Arby’s next door.
