Late arrival home from the airport. Husband hungry, so I'm thinking late-night fast food at Taco Bell. My husband's first visit, and he orders the Bean Burrito and the Chicken Quesadilla for me. Turned out to be a good choice for both of us.

This place never gets my order right and when I try to call to see if they can correct it they never answer the phone. I placed an order for delivery yesterday, and several items were missing from my order. I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito they sent me a beef one and my chicken flat bread was missing. So far all the Taco Bell‘s have been the worst with fulfilling orders so don’t waste your money.

Went there yesterday. They said no drinks, not even water is working. I have to charge you full price for the meal. What the actual F???? Taco bell fire this owner! Never heard this in 50 years I've been ordering food! I'm filing a formal complaint with the company.

Ordered through the app, which is pointless because you still have to wait in the ridiculously slow drive-thru line to pick it up. Sat in line for over 30 minutes and sat at the speaker for 15 of those minutes while they served all the other cars in front of me. There were about 10 cars behind me as well. I finally noticed in the app that I could cancel my order so I did and drove out. As I passed the window, the female employees were standing around looking at their phones. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

Put my order in at 230 am on app, arrived at 3 am to find they never made my food and they closed at 230 am even though their hours say they should be open until 4 or 5 am. Stated it was due to staffing issues but they should really call you and let you know so you can plan your lunch break accordingly and not waste the gas going there. Or just make it so the app doesn't take orders to a location if it decides to close early. Awaiting email back to get my refund.

It's vaguley annoying that Google and the door says open at 9, and it's a hit or miss if they actually are. Staff shortages happen, but maybe just move the time to 10

This place stinks. It took 22 minutes to get to the speaker to order,THEN another 10 minutes of waiting there to find out that they couldn't make most of the menu. No Chalupas,Gorditas,or Tacos. The supposed "Steak burrito supreme" I got stung almost $7.00 for was mostly beans,chicken,shredded lettuce,and tomatoes. The was no sour cream,or STEAK! it made me ill. ? NEVER EAT HERE!
