Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before getting our order taken, we were not given a receipt, and the order was wrong. The dining room was locked, so we had to wait another 20 minutes in drive thru line to get it corrected. When we got to the window, we mentioned the rest of our food was now cold, staff made no effort to replace it.
