Walked in and was greeted (actually not greeted at all) by a hostess with long blonde ponytails pushed to the front, covering her name tag, this was Saturday December 27th at 3 pm. No smile, no hello, no how many at your table, she just stared at us and frowned ( I am assuming because they were busy) so I said 2 in my party, she wanted us to sit at a table and I asked for a booth (there was one available) she rolled her eyes and after a nice waitress cleaned the booth she walked with our menus and threw (slammed) the menus on the table. Had we not been starved we would have left; the food was typical bar food our waitress, was mid, she didn't know what wines they had on tap and there was no menu for them on the table, just a scroll behind the bar that I couldn't read easily. She never brought our waters, had to ask another employee who got the waters, along with our beers and wine, and she never even came to pick up our check, after waiting longer than we should have we just threw cash on the table and left. Amazed this place is still in business, anyway we will no longer stop after shopping at Jungle Jim's we can find any place better than this one.

However...the televisions were extremely loud. The sound is ear piercing as the treble needs to be turned down.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was surprisingly not too busy. We had a big party and they got us seated right away. The server was amazing and calm even though it was a big party with kids included. Their chicken is always good, the boneless and traditional

Unmatched bar service. At first I was impressed with Libby thinking she was just amazing (which BTW she is) but when it was time for her break and Brandon took over (also amazing) I realized the odds of getting back to back amazing bartenders was pretty high. Clearly this organization lives and trains values of customer experience. I was so intrigued that I actually had to time it. No less than every 2 minutes each Libby and Brandon walked the length of the bar and asked every patron, you good? Can I get you anything thing? To me this looks like culture. Great Job! 💯 recommend

My girlfriend and I ate there today for lunch.We got the appetizer sampler to split and it was excellent. We both got boneless wings lunch special and I got a side salad with mine. R everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and helped me get in and out of the restaurant in my wheelchair. We'll be back soon.

Did a pretty large pick-up order. The food was ready in 20 minutes as stated upon check-out online. It was hot, fresh and great quality! Prices aren't bad for the amount we got either. Will definitely order from here again!

I understand mistakes happen, but when they do, as someone who works in customer service, you do everything in your power to make up for it. I placed an online order that was $50, when I arrive the hostess had trouble finding my order. After about 2 minutes of searching for it she went and got someone else. This gentleman appeared to be the manager. He comes up and it seems he may be a little annoyed. After checking the same 2 bags and tickets that were sitting on the takeout shelf he said to the hostess (not me) idk it must of been given out. It’s going to be awhile we are busy” and then walks off. Doesn’t address me once. I then ask the hostess about how long will it be. She responds with I don’t know they have to remake it. At this point the level of professionalism was astonishing. I asked for a refund and she stormed off with out a word to get someone else. Another gentleman came to the front and verbally verified that I placed an online order and said he would refund it back to the card. I asked if there was a receipt or anything he could give me to show the refund. He said the receipt should of been emailed to me but he had the hostess reprint a receipt for me. At this point it was obviously clear, no one in this establishment knew how to provide good customer service.

You don’t just hand out a $50 order incorrectly. But even if you did, you make it right, not basically ignore the customer nor provide something as a compensation for your establishments mistake. Now I will wait to see if my refund actually goes back to my card since I saw no electronic entry to get it refunded.
