Spicy chicken sandwich was inedible, as it was impossible to actually bite through the chicken. The chicken was also very greasy. Had to throw out. Also had an Impossible burger in my order, no mayo. There was no mayo, but also the most ridiculously tiny amount of ketchup...maybe a teaspoon. Burger too dry without ketchup. Took photos of all, but no way to upload.
Waiting forever for food with my child who was hungry. Then we are sitting eating and some girl working is using bad language that I do not want my daughter to be hearing. That is not okay.
However, the gentleman who helped me at the counter was very polite and even brought my food to my table since i was dealing with my 1 year old.
It's a shame that you guys can't seem to get your orders right. We ordered 3 burgers and only 1 was made right my bacon cheeseburger.
A double Whopper with cheese had no cheese and only one meat patty.
The Bacon King sandwich we never got at all. They gave us a Rodeo King instead.
It's a real shame that even after the promise from the management team here that the issues would improve that it doesn't seem like any thing has really changed.
