Went to burger King ordered a plant based burger and it was not plant based. It was real meant hamburger I got sick off the buger like real sick I have not had meat in years years im vegan. I called up there they are nasty and rude. Don't go to this locate im telling you they don't pay attention giving people the wrong food they could end up making somone real sick

Disappointed! My chicken sandwich is so hard and messy. Its also really nasty and they used old lettuce. I literally don't even have an appetite anymore.

The place was clean and service was quick. Our family of 6 had a good time eating here when we were in the area to visit the nearly abandoned Cincinnati mills for our family photo shoot. Our photos are being used for our company PinkPowerClean Christmas cards.

Food is good. That's about all I can say. I've never been to a fast food place that's as slow as BK and nobody else has gotten my order wrong nearly every time I go there but burger has managed to do so.

welp, the workers here sucks, this lady named deanna says that they don’t have anything but yet we look and we see that they do have some... but other than that, the food here is good. i think im not the only one who thinks that Deanna is not even doing anything that’s simple at all.
Maybe go when its not close to closing. But facility was clean and service wasnt horrible. Product overall isnt up to par in my opinion.

I grew up on Whoppers and have always preferred Burger King over McDonald's. However, I have found quality at Burger King to have declined over the years and I think this might be my last visit to a Burger King. Definitely prefer Five Guys these days but a little expensive.

Five Stars goes out to the young lady working the cash register during lunch hour "alone" with little to no help from her managing team: she displayed a great deal of professionalism by remaining courteous while working through the frustrations that often comes with an enormous lunch hour rush. Her knowledge of the menu and pricing made my brief interaction with her pleasant. With all the grumbling from the customers in reference to just a single register available, It's a good thing this location had "Super Woman" working the register or a great deal of customers would've walked out. Again I applaud the young lady & the sandwich crew -star for management inability to assist the young lady. I'll definitely be back the food & service was great!
