The cashier was what made the experience so nice. She was really efficient while being very friendly. Made it a nice experience enough to want to do a review. I came in at noon on 7-22-25 and she was wearing an orange T-shirt, glasses and braids. Hope you can hire more like her

Order is never right. I ordered a honey mustard wrap and it was thrown together on a wrap. Chicken wasnt even cooked all the way. There was 0 wrapping to it. It was a tortilla with stuff on it. My daughters hamburger was literally a patty between two buns. The service at the drive-thru is horrific and they really seem like they hate their jobs and the customers.

They were short staffed but that wasn't the issue. When you are down people and struggling you have to put people where they are best or cross train better. The food was not worth the almost 30 minute wait. Maybe train everyone in all positions. It will run smoother.

I had to abandon Burger King for a long time because no matter which one I went to, the food and service had gone downhill. I recently tried the one close to my work on Dixie Highway in Fairfield, OH, and was surprisingly impressed. They have turned things around, at least at this location.

Ordered 2 meals a side of poppers and 2 wraps. Waited nearly 20 minutes for food and get home to get 2 wraps that were BARELY even considered that. Who ever made this outta be fired. I didn't order a single tomato 4 pieces of lettuce and a tiny slice of chicken. I ordered a wrap.
