“I had great customer service by both bree and Nathan. everytime my burrito was so mouth watering I had to wear a bathing suit just to eat it. Much better than the burrito place that named themselves after a pepper, and occasionally has to recall their own lettuce and fills their burrito with empty hopes and dreams ... we know exactly who I am talking about“

“Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

“I ordered through door dash, so I can't say much about the service or atmosphere. The borrow tacos ARE AMAZING.. I also got a simple cheese quesadilla, which can't say much about that.. HOWEVER I also got chips and queso and the chips were extremely stale. So I just ate the queso with my birria tacos.“

“I would recommend hot Heads but not the Hamilton store (if the district manager is there) He is rude and has a nasty attitude. But if he isn’t there all the other employees are great and very polite. When I find out the district manager is no longer there, I will go back“
