Been going here for years. Knew the old owners he passed away a few years ago and we talked last year when she was going to sell. Our biggest concern is they would do away with the old ovens. She assured us that she had that discussion with the new owners and they were going to keep the old ovens. Well that didn't happen. We stopped there the other night and the pizza is still decent but not like it used to be. They cut back on the ingredients and unlike the old ovens there is no salt on the deck when they cook it. I am 66 years old and been eating cassano's pizza for 55 of those years. Sad to see the change.

Cassanos has always been my favorite pizza. If you like thin crust it’s a must try as the crust is somehow both crunchy and chewy. One of the best places to get pizza in the Hamilton/fairfield area for sure. They got a new owner a couple of years ago and I think they have made some positive upgrades to their service as well.

This was my first time coming to cassanos pizza king since I was just a kid. To say the least, definitely a little ghetto… When I placed my order at the counter I was stared down with my family by the kitchen guy working instead of greeting me or saying a word. Other than that the customer service was great and the lady at the counter was very friendly and quick to help?Food was okay, but got old quick for the price. The overall new experience here is a mess, considering this was the best place to eat at as a kid. New owner doesn’t provide the same cassanos comfort. Unfortunately ?

There's nothing like Cassanos pizza. I've been a fan for many decades! The pizzeria itself is nothing to write home about and staff are more into listening to music than providing service. Parking is easy. It's kid friendly as long as the kids are good at waiting, maybe bring along a card game or something. There are plenty of typical vegetarian options like any pizza place. But the pizza is still as special and delicious as it's always been! Thin salted crust with delicious crushed tomatoes and cheese, cooked to perfection and cut in tiny bite size squares. It's worth putting up with the environment and long wait time to get this pizza!

Great experience! Friday, while our power was out due to storms we were happy to find Cassano's still open for business. My daughter is gluten free and she was tickled to find they have a delicious cauliflower crust! She gave the gluten free option 5 stars! Enjoyed a delicious meal while playing a couple rounds of Connect Four and Sorry that are available at the counter. Fun night out!
