I placed an order on line. We were greeted with a smile and our order was hot and ready when we arrived for pick up. Both pizzas were delicious & the chef salad was fresh and equally as delicious! Thanks for an easy yummy weeknight dinner for our family!

Make sure to call and place your order otherwise you pay more to order online even if you are just picking it up yourself. It was $13 more because I ordered off the website vs calling.

45 minute wait for a 16 inch pizza for dine in. Doesn't taste the same as it used to but it wasn't terrible. I don't think I'd go back

I grew up on Cassano's and whenever I come up to Dayton area it first on my list. The pizza was good. The service was non-existent. Had to call to the back several times just to get someone to acknowledge we will be there. Then when ready to leave we needed a to go box and again I had to call back to someone in the back. I could see him the whole time with his back to us playing on his phone and it took over 4 times to get him to put the phone down.
I love Cassano's and will look forward to it next time (from a different location)

This place holds a lot of nostalgia from me but recently something odd is going in with the pizza crust. It’s chewy and should be crispy . The chewy crust means it’s hard to cut as well. Maybe take a look at the temp or bake time

Pizza was pretty good! Thin, crispy, slightly salty crust. We tried the cheese pizza since it was our first visit. We also tried the jalapeño stuffed breadsticks and pepperoni stuffed sticks. The breadsticks were pretty decent too. The jalapeño ones are better but the cheese is more like a cheddar than nacho cheese. The staff was absolutely amazing! Cashier was very helpful with the menu. It is fast-casual so you order at the counter and they deliver the food to your table. The gentleman who brought our food out was very nice and accommodating. He even came back around and checked on us. We will definitely come back to try more things. The menu is very extensive and they have beer and wine too!

Food was pretty good tasting but the price was not worth it. Bacon and ham are not premium toppings so don't know where they came up with that and they charge a 3% credit card fee I didn't see posted.
The Italian hoagie was excellent. Tha bun was fantastic. We also got a deluxe pizza. I liked the thin crust. This is the first time I've been here and it was ony Todo list for years. Glad I went and will be back soon. Nice atmosphere to eat in.

First time coming here they had us sitting here waiting for 25 minutes when I went up to ask what was going on with our order the lady that just came in for her shift ses they are busy and its going to be 15 more minutes we ordered a small pizza, canzone and fries . So 40 minutes horrible and they brought us out fries that were more than the small pizza and they are hard as a rock and there were like 7 of them .... what happened is they forgot about our order then decided they needed to make it after I went up there and said something . Will not be returning zero stars. Don't wanna hear the excuses other people were getting there food the people in front of us and after us . Lost in the shuffle. The manager was very rude looking at her watch after I went up a second time to get our pizza and canzone. Do not recommend . . . . . DONT EAT HERE

We LOVE Cassanos.. but i have to say i feel like the food has changed. I was sad to see that you do not have a small or large chef salad and the chef salad is not the same as it used to be. I always told people I had a hard decision between eating pizza or eating that chef salad because it was so dang delicious but that was not the case the last time. I also felt the crust wasn't salted very well like it usually is and the big Vic Pizza that we normally would get just did not seem the same. Maybe it was an off night. But if you guys change what used to be it's not working for me
