First impression, Wow!! This place is beautiful Crossing my fingers that the food taste as good as the place looks ... By far my NEW FAVORITE PIZZA JOINT. The staff amazing , the mgt amazing, The owner Brilliant & Amazing !! Must try the Vicks Pizza my favorite and my wife's Mom's Pizza... And can't go wrong the kiddos love the Pepperoni & the Cheese Xtra Cheese pizza šš. And OMG by far the BEST WINGS , there huge the garlic parm is the bomb. We done in every Friday the atmosphere is so inviting , kid friendly and need I say draft beer !! I give 5 stars , if I could give more I would .

We love Cassanos!!! Have been going to this location for over 20 years but the past few times service has gone down hill. Donāt get me wrong the employees are super nice and trying but they have no guidance, they donāt know how to run the line in a timely fashion. We sat down at 630 pm and didnāt get our food until 800pm. And they forgot some of our order but because they were all discombobulated we didnāt bother to ask for it or even a refund. The owner needs to get in there and help these poor guys out! Teach them right so they can be successful!!!!

I been here before and the food was great and service was excellent but today I came in for takeout quoted half a hour . Took them exactly one hour or more to give me my food . I donāt normally like to write reviews to bring a business down but after patiently waiting and getting a cold pizza thatās not what I ordered and not even a single sorry . I will not be returning
Possibly the worst experience I have ever had dining out. Understand they were busy but were told 35 minutes for our order. Just a medium pizza for dine in. 85 minutes later was told our pizza was given away???? Do not waste your time or money. Nothing like it used to be. What a shame for a Fairfield icon to fall so far and fail so miserably

I grew up on this pizza so I thought I knew what I was in for. It has been many years since I have had Cassano's and to my surprise the pizza has changed a lot and for the better. I loved it before but it is even better now! Their super thin crust is excellence and the sausage crumbles hit the spot. They have even updated the inside of the restaurant and it looks really nice. New look, new pizza and many menu items to choose from. And apparently the mullet review guy has been there and made quite the impression. He has a pizza called hot blonde that he created and they named after him. I wish nothing but the best for this Cassano's as I know they have struggled in the past but they have definitely upped their game.

This place is a joke.. Back on July 11th we ordered pizza, wings, and tater tots to go. Get home and the wings are ice cold didnāt even seem cooked all the way. My wife calls and asks for a remake they say 45 minutesā¦ we ask for a credit because we are already eating.. fast forward to today July 25th, we ordered pizza for dinner because we have a credit. Get there manager says they donāt have a credit on file, unknown to us they put credits on a piece of paper with your name on it(itās 2025 not 1999) we pay go home and our pizza is ice cold this place is a joke we live so close we could walk but I will never go here again. Crappy food crappy service.
