I usually love this place but tonight there was so much salt on the fries that I couldn't eat them after two fries. I had so much salt on my lips that they were burning. Terrible.

The food is decent. It’s not as good as it once was. I interacted with the owner, and they weren’t very pleasant to deal with. They might as well open on Sundays since this place doesn’t really feel like a Christian establishment. The staff doesn’t seem to be treated very well.

Order was incorrect and I was discriminated against by Micah and Maddie.... Attempted to return a Cobb salad regarding eggs missing at window they asked that I pull forward, and brought same salad back out to me saying eggs were there! I requested they remake or issue a refund politely, simply because we had just passed this salad back and forth, dressing was on the salad and I didn't know if they just threw the eggs on there...They refused....I sat outside and called corporate. As I'm sitting outside a white male returns a salad that it is missing cheese! Yes, I ran back in and asked the customer what happened with his salad. I had to know! Micah happily remakes this salad and even gives him a drink for his trouble....This is blatant discrimination and not a true reflection of what chic fi la stands for! I'm highly disappointed with the service I received.

I am very appalled I ordered a salad online through doorDash as I was halfway done with my Cobb salad, I realized that there was a hair. I am very disgusted. I will not be purchasing from this location anymore. I always order from this Chick-fil-A I just wish the food would have been just as good as it was in the past.
