The Dunkin donuts store number 356132 Fairfield ohio is beautiful. I am very impressed. It is located in a gas station but definitely separated from the store.The staff was so nice, big smiles on their faces.
I hope they close this location cuz the young ppl that work in there is going to ruin this business & location. They purposefully put more syrup in your coffee. But its ok... I can fix it. Avoid this location of u can. Smh Young ppl are goin to ruin restaurants.

Ordered 2 coffee and 2 cream cheese bagels. Coffee not bad but neither bagel was toasted hardly any cream cheese on either bagel plus one of the bagels had about 1/4 ripped off. This location usually does really good. Tried calling no answer after 3 calls. Come on dunkin you can do better!!!

I went in early afternoon and picked me out a couple of donuts, and they gave him to me for free. I thought that was really nice, I never get anything for free. It really made my day.

The employee working the drive thru window was completely inaudible, I very politely let them know that I couldn’t hear them so they proceeded to just stop talking, but once I got to the window I was asked to pull forward and wait 6 mins for mediocre food with only 1 other car in line

Drive thru service super slow as of 09/28/2024. I waited after order 10 minutes and I walked in.

Waited 20 minutes for my coffee. Even after asking and being told it would just be a minute. Had to leave for my appointment before getting my coffee
This Dunkin sucks always messing up coffee never making it correctly. Never enough flavor and it’s so watery! And never enough ice. Definitely never going here again.
