No body attended to me... I was in front of the counter for enough time, no body even said how can I help you or anything like that... Anyways they was too busy with other people!

Stopped in for a quick coffee and left genuinely impressed. The Dunkin’ inside the Shell station in Fairfield delivers exactly what you want on the road—fast, friendly service and a solid cup of coffee to keep you moving. Staff were courteous, and my order was ready in no time.

But what really stood out? The restroom. Hands down, the cleanest Shell station restroom I’ve ever used. It had just been cleaned by the attendant, and she did a fantastic job—everything was spotless, stocked, and smelled fresh. That kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference when you’re traveling.

A small stop with big standards. I’ll definitely swing by again when I’m in the area.

I tried so hard to give this dunkin some credit, but I have been going here for a year and only ONCE has my order been correct. They have given me old stale bagels, cold sandwiches, improper cream cheese, incorrect drinks, etc. I mean seriously people it is not that hard. I've had my card charged about 5 times now when they were actually out of that item and I had to order something else, just to hope the price was close and I wasn't losing additional money, because they never refund! Save yourself some time, this location sucks.

The absolute SLOWEST Dunkin in the world !!!! Every single time I come here they take at least 7 to 10 min just to greet me inside .

First time ordering, and I got the turkey sausage $5 meal deal. It was delicious!

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the tables were clean. Awesome place, and Kayla was especially helpful. :)

I am so tired of going here, ordering things, paying for them, giving them the benefit of the doubt and not getting what i ordered or paid for. Today is the last time! .40 cents for some extra queso on my hadbrowns and there is one dot of cheese on them. I ordered the queso because I wanted the queso.

The Dunkin donuts store number 356132 Fairfield ohio is beautiful. I am very impressed. It is located in a gas station but definitely separated from the store.The staff was so nice, big smiles on their faces.
