This is not it. Wasn't even able to finish the one bite I did take before having to spit it out. Burger tasted sour.. and not even on the correct bread..
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Why did this take 10 minutes?

Haven't been here in awhile, and I probably won't be back. On my most recent visit, I was smacked by an odor that honestly smelled rotten or septic. Something is off or out and being neglected. Perhaps ventilation?

Floor feels unclean, sort of grimey. I can see those that work here who truly care, but there are also those that don't.

After eating the sandwich that I hesitated to order, I ate in my car (due to the smell) and watched a woman and her two small children walk in and walk right back out.

Such a disgrace to Freddy.

I’ve been here 3 different times and every time they have messed my order up. No wonder this place is always empty. Never coming back.

I have ordered from this place 3 times. I really wanted to give it a chance. The burger is never made like I request. Fries never taste fresh. Workers are not that friendly as if they always annoyed.

Was only 1 other car I the drive thru before me, waited in line for a total of 22 minutes waiting on a simple combo meal. Nothing extra, no substitutions… really uncalled for. I was headed into work seeing that there was only 1 car I figured I’d spend 10 minutes tops. Very unprofessional. Slow. No communication. Wouldn’t go here unless you have nothing else planned for the day.

Food took 30 mins to be served. Would not recommend coming during lunch time or anytime between 11-3. Very slow service.

Hit or miss. Most of the staff are nice, but also seem bothered by their job (which I get).

Made an online order, picked it up and there was chocolate on the bottom of my bag, which now I get to scrub chocolate sauce off my car seat. Got home, my chocolate sundae was two scoops of chocolate ice cream in a cup, with chocolate smeared on the outside of the cup. Tots were cold and there were five in the container.

Tried to call, no answer, which I see is a common issue. Drove back. Sundae remade and a new order of tots, which were just handed to me out the window in the container and the girl seemed confused when I asked for a bag.

Common sense I feel goes out the window at times.

The food is good, but the hassle of getting my order corrected ruined the experience. As I said, they are niceish, but service could be better.

They apologized and mistakes happen, but correcting said mistakes is something that needs worked on.

The restaurant was clean but the girl who took our order was on her cell phone taking to someone instead of being available to answer my son's questions.

It feels like a current steak 'n shake with slightly better food but not enough to justify the prices and they didn't really explain where I would go to pick up food and I had to wait like 4 minutes for someone to come to the register and take my order. Kind of a mess

Very long wait. No one even greeted me at the drive thru speaker until I had already sat for 5 minutes so I couldn't even tell if they knew I was there or not. Then waited a long time to get my food. The food is good but the long wait makes it not worth it.

Stopped for dinner on a road trip. 1st time at a Freddy's. Burgers and fries were delicious. The fries are shoestring which is a plus. The restaurant was very clean and staff was polite and attentive.
