The staff are always friendly, be sure to double check your order though if you order a specialty item or specific flavor. I always order a Dutch milk chocolate shake, and twice now I’ve had them make it with just vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. The first time I didn’t notice until I was too far away to get it fixed, second time I pulled back around and had to politely inform the person at the window stating I could tell they didn’t use the actual Dutch milk chocolate...

We never miss an opportunity to have Graeter's Ice Cream when we visit the Cincinnati area. This one we visited a week ago is located inside the Jungle Jim's in Fairfield, OH. The lady serving up our cones was very pleasant, sweet, and engaged us in conversation about where we were from, the Graeter's app, etc..
