Jersey Mike's Subs

Came in and politely asked for what I usually get which is a sub in a tub with bread on the side. Easy right? The girl was new and asked her manager behind her if they could do that and the manager looked so snobby and shook her head “no”. I’ve gotten this at every other location and if I cant get it how I want it then I will happily take my money elsewhere. Learn customer service miss manager :).

Food has gone a little skimpy but it is delicious. Very expensive. Almost 40 dollars for 2 giant sandwiches.

Asked for extra mayo and they managed to get the PERFECT amount of mayo on my sandwich! Delicious as always!

We order 2 sandwiches and they were horrible. Soaked with vinegar. All the employees look like they hate there job so bad............. if you hate your job don't go to work and serve us bad food ....... never again.....

Found a long black hair in my sub and immediately lost my appetite.

we were traveling thru and stopped at jungle jims to shop. husband & i were real hungry so thought as a convenience we could grab a sub at this place & eat it in our vehicle. i thought the grilled chicken with grilled peppers & onions and melted american cheese sounded good so we just ordered a large 14 inch sub. the preparer asked us if we wanted lettuce, pickles, and a couple of other items plus mayo and we said sure. when we got it unwrapped in our vehicle yes it was real big cut into 4 pieces but it was a real mess. thank god i had some paper plates because it was hard to handle and our hands got real messy trying to eat it. we were real disappointed as i think it said grilled chicken so we thought we were going to get like strips or slices of grilled chicken with lots of grilled peppers &onions. instead the whole sub was just small bits of chicken which did not taste grilled. also we couldn't find any grilled peppers or onions on it. the sandwich was a real nasty mess and it wasn't enjoyable to eat it and it really didn't taste very good despite it being a real large sandwich. we were sorry we chose that off the menu. we would not eat at a jersey mike's again based on our experience. i can't understand how this sub place gets the higher ratings it does. if it was located where i live in the US i doubt they would stay in business.

I waited for 20 minutes for my food and people behind me got theirs faster and you have rude black workers and when you say something they started cussing.

We ordered 3 subs. two were clubs and the bacon bits were burnt as seen in the photo neither came as we had ordered, one with no mayo was full of mayonnaise. The one that should have had the mayonnaise had none. The other turkey and provolone had banana peppers which was not requested.
Disappointing to say the least

The black lady with braids who was working today May 24 was super rude to the customers and other workers. I will not return to this place!

i came in when it said my order was ready online but they didn’t begin my order until i walked in. i then waited another 15-20 minutes just for them to forget some of the toppings so when i came back to tell them it was wrong they completely threw away the sandwich instead of just adding those missing toppings so i had to wait another 15 minutes. 45 minutes in total.

Came yesterday for lunch, the restuarant is nice & clean. Wait time wasn’t to bad being a Saturday and how packed Jungle Jim’s was!Staff were very friendly! The young lady making the sandwich was very polite, you don’t see that a lot these days with young teens !My sandwich was delicious & fresh !

Food was good as always when I ate there yesterday but there was a delay it getting it quick. It seems that food prep guy felt a need to ask me if I wanted bacon on my sandwich. Confused, I looked at the sign again and saw that my sandwich listed "bacon" as an ingredient.So then we are discussing bacon.....!I asked why he would ask if I wanted bacon when it said the sandwich had it on the sign?He said bacon is still an option. ??!!!WTC? If an advertised sandwich lists bacon as an ingredient I WANT BACON ON IT. No negotiation, No delays, JUST ADD THE BACON!
