Jersey Mike's Subs

Natile was serving me during my visit today at Jersey Mike's and she was amazing. It's my first time eating at this establishment and she made my visit awesome and she did a wonderful job explaining things to me since again it was my first time and she really was a delight. It is usually the opposite these days with customer service so I wanted to make sure to leave this review which I seldom do in general. Thank you for the great work and hospitality that she provided. I definitely will be back and the food was delicious as well.

I have had the worst experience of my life ever at any Jersey Mikes establishment. The worker named Natalie was extremely rude and disrespectful. I went in today for a sub because I was in the area and I regret it tremendously. Natalie acted like taking and making my order was an issue or something wrong when it was her job. She clearly doesn’t have the work ethic to even pretend to be nice to costumers. I don’t know how she has a job working and treating people how she does but this place needs to get her under control immediately. Natalie is a disgrace and horrible person/employee. Please do better.

The girls here on 11/14 around 4pm were OUTSTANDING!!!! I have celiac and they did everything perfectly to make sure my gluten-free sub on the udis roll was safe for me. If I didn't live 2 1/2 hours away, this would be my go to spot♡

Honestly go to any other sub place. Placed an online order, waited over 15 minutes after it was suppose to be ready. They are to busy talking than making sandwiches. Its 3 pm how are you this behind. You have one person cleaning the store, while there are a bunch of orders ready. Last time going to this location.

This location is truly the worst and not friendly workers. Walked in and nobody spoke and had to wait 5 mins or so while someone got off the phone to take my order. None of the other workers even stated it would be just a moment just sat and stared at us. Then whole time in there the blk girl just kept staring at us not saying anything but kept staring and making us uncomfortable. The whole staff have horrible customer service and need to be pulled and get trained better. I won’t be back and rather go to a location further to have to be Stared at not speaking or anything making someone feel uncomfortable.

Very unfortunate, this location used to be top-notch for subs, but has gone very downhill. Ordered 2 sandwiches delivery & both were wrong. Maybe hire employees who can read & follow simple instructions?

Visited Jersey Mike's today, was immediately greeted as I walked in.
I ordered a roast beef sub, plenty of toppings.
My cashier was Amber, she was very sweet & polite, over all a great lunch!

This in particular location is very rude not polite. I am a regular at Jersey Mike’s. The young lady who was making my sandwich she did not speak. She was very rushed dismissive just was not great. Customer service all the way around the board. Would I recommend this location to anyone absolutely not
