Very unfortunate, this location used to be top-notch for subs, but has gone very downhill. Ordered 2 sandwiches delivery & both were wrong. Maybe hire employees who can read & follow simple instructions?

Visited Jersey Mike's today, was immediately greeted as I walked in.
I ordered a roast beef sub, plenty of toppings.
My cashier was Amber, she was very sweet & polite, over all a great lunch!

Lost my order twice, blew me off. Then just tossed money at me. Complete joke

This in particular location is very rude not polite. I am a regular at Jersey Mike’s. The young lady who was making my sandwich she did not speak. She was very rushed dismissive just was not great. Customer service all the way around the board. Would I recommend this location to anyone absolutely not

I usually love Jersey Mike's but on this occasion when I got the cheesesteak sandwich and sit down I and unwrapped my sandwich and started eating but realized that this tasted like I was at Subway whole lot of bread not enough meat I'm thinking that this must have been a new guy cooking my sandwich was very disappointing $18

Came in and politely asked for what I usually get which is a sub in a tub with bread on the side. Easy right? The girl was new and asked her manager behind her if they could do that and the manager looked so snobby and shook her head “no”. I’ve gotten this at every other location and if I cant get it how I want it then I will happily take my money elsewhere. Learn customer service miss manager :).

Food has gone a little skimpy but it is delicious. Very expensive. Almost 40 dollars for 2 giant sandwiches.

Asked for extra mayo and they managed to get the PERFECT amount of mayo on my sandwich! Delicious as always!

We order 2 sandwiches and they were horrible. Soaked with vinegar. All the employees look like they hate there job so bad............. if you hate your job don't go to work and serve us bad food ....... never again.....

Found a long black hair in my sub and immediately lost my appetite.

we were traveling thru and stopped at jungle jims to shop. husband & i were real hungry so thought as a convenience we could grab a sub at this place & eat it in our vehicle. i thought the grilled chicken with grilled peppers & onions and melted american cheese sounded good so we just ordered a large 14 inch sub. the preparer asked us if we wanted lettuce, pickles, and a couple of other items plus mayo and we said sure. when we got it unwrapped in our vehicle yes it was real big cut into 4 pieces but it was a real mess. thank god i had some paper plates because it was hard to handle and our hands got real messy trying to eat it. we were real disappointed as i think it said grilled chicken so we thought we were going to get like strips or slices of grilled chicken with lots of grilled peppers &onions. instead the whole sub was just small bits of chicken which did not taste grilled. also we couldn't find any grilled peppers or onions on it. the sandwich was a real nasty mess and it wasn't enjoyable to eat it and it really didn't taste very good despite it being a real large sandwich. we were sorry we chose that off the menu. we would not eat at a jersey mike's again based on our experience. i can't understand how this sub place gets the higher ratings it does. if it was located where i live in the US i doubt they would stay in business.

I waited for 20 minutes for my food and people behind me got theirs faster and you have rude black workers and when you say something they started cussing.
