The guy that helped me was very nice. I asked if they had to make the pretzel crust pizza and he said yes... so I assumed it would be nice and hot BUT it wasn't it was cold and doughy. Worst one I've ever had. It won't stop me from purchasing but next time I will make sure it's hot and fully cooked

An extra 2 minutes in the oven could have made this crazy bread better. I assume if 2 extra minutes in the oven was too much two extra minutes washing their hands is too much. Eat at your own risk.

I ordered on the app and it said to pick up order at the Fairfield store pizza portal. I never received a notification that it was ready. I waited at the store and there was nothing in the pizza portal. I put my number in to be sure. Nothing. I finally went to the counter and asked about my order and it was sitting in the hot hold area!! Srsly??? 4 other people were also waiting at the pizza portal!! They weren't even using the pizza portal, yet Customers were not told this...
