My son loved coming here but every time we do there are a bunch of teenagers hanging out at the tables, not buying anything, and being very rude. The tables are dirty and half the flavors don’t work.

We haven't been here in quite some time and the place was disgusting. We were the first customer of the day and everything was dirty, our feet were sticking to the floor, we didn't even want to touch the candy containers they were so gross and the hot fudge was such a mess you could barely push the lever down. Customer service and yogurt itself were fine but whoever manages this store needs to take a look at the condition and what your closers are doing to prep for next day business. No one wants to eat somewhere that gives off vibes no one cares about cleanliness.

Went in today for the first time in about a year. Place was disgusting. Trash cans looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The tables was nasty. The hot fudge was exploded all over its self and wasn’t even turned on. The containers that holds all the candy don’t look like they have been cleaned in a while either. Floors was nasty. Honestly the place was very unsanitary.

Great flavors of sorbet and yogurt! The customer service can be hit and miss sometimes. Most days the workers are just playing on their phones but I guess there's not a ton of stuff that needs to be done. The place is mostly clean and they do have outdoor seating. This is near Jungle Jim's so plenty of things to do nearby.

They have like 8 flavors available & literally 2 were working. Everything else was out of order or wouldn’t work, toppings were a mess, mixed in with each other, scattered all over the bar area, scooping spoons were disgusting, as well as the store itself. I didn’t purchase anything I turned around & left. Don’t waste your time.

Munchies is my daily crave!!! I love tht the froyo is free from dyes, artificial sweetness and good poisoning colors. I love going here. Especially for the waffle chips and key lime flavors. Wish they can get strawberry cherry lemon blueberry.

This place is disgusting. There’s German cockroaches around the store - I saw at least 3. I don’t even want to know what this place looks like in the back. And they had fresh strawberries on the floor. Disgusting. Do not bring your family here - it is a serious health hazard.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! If I could I’d rate ZERO STARS! Haven’t been here in a while and am at a loss for words at what this store has become. Things have not been cleaned for probably weeks, the previous owner and staff had the place in pristine condition. Very unsafe for consumption. The place is literally falling apart.

The employees were kind & helpful. The flavors & toppings are delicious. There is only one size of bowl, however, which makes it difficult to guess how much it will weigh -- yet customers pay by the ounce. What I was thinking would cost $7-$8, actually cost nearly $12. It was not worth that much money. I was lucky that I had the cash, since the credit card machine was down. A family could easily end up spending around $50. So, if you can afford it, it's tasty.
