Munchies is my daily crave!!! I love tht the froyo is free from dyes, artificial sweetness and good poisoning colors. I love going here. Especially for the waffle chips and key lime flavors. Wish they can get strawberry cherry lemon blueberry.

This place is disgusting. There’s German cockroaches around the store - I saw at least 3. I don’t even want to know what this place looks like in the back. And they had fresh strawberries on the floor. Disgusting. Do not bring your family here - it is a serious health hazard.

Things have not been cleaned for probably weeks, the previous owner and staff had the place in pristine condition. Very unsafe for consumption. The place is literally falling apart.

The employees were kind & helpful. The flavors & toppings are delicious. There is only one size of bowl, however, which makes it difficult to guess how much it will weigh -- yet customers pay by the ounce. What I was thinking would cost $7-$8, actually cost nearly $12. It was not worth that much money. I was lucky that I had the cash, since the credit card machine was down. A family could easily end up spending around $50. So, if you can afford it, it's tasty.

We took our 12 year old granddaughter to the Menchie’s in Fairfield. It was filthy. Inside and out. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in a while and so much trash outside around the garbage can along with dirty tables. 2 employees just standing by the cash register talking to a friend. I mentioned that I have never seen the store in the present condition. No one remarked or moved to start cleaning.

Today we took our brother in law to Menchies. I personally haven’t been there in quit some time due to the drive being far. The employees were all in the back for over 10 minutes gossiping about another person or employee. The lights were dim, counters were dirty, cross contamination with all the fruits and sweet treats, no waffle cones were prepared, and after I finally finished helping my brother in law make his cup we paid and left. I grew up going to Menchies as a kid after practices and the environment was so happy and colorful and super friendly staff! It now looks like it has been ran through with poor trainer staffed with no good costumer service. When a company is running slow does not mean you get to hide in the back and risk possible costumer getting there yogurt and not even paying! I could’ve left without paying! I’m not that type of person but definitely isn’t the happy placed it used to be. Thanks.

With so many frozen yogurt flavors and a wide variety of topping options, Menchie’s is always a crowd pleaser. We love the fun atmosphere with coloring pages and chalkboard in the indoor dining area.
Parking: Although it shares a lot with two restaurants & an urgent care, there is always a place to park!
Kid-friendliness: We usually go with a 5 year old and 12 year old, both have a lot of fun making their own desert!

Why did you guys even buy Menchies? The new owners have ruined the fun of this place. It is so gross. Filthy floors, cabinets, walls, windows, topping areas, froyo trays. They are out of many ingredients. The new people working there could care less about the customers - they just stand there and don't do anything. They can't even be bothered to clean a table. Just stand there looking bored. It was so fresh and vibrant before these new owners took over - which was actually not that recent. Go to The Dip or other places that care.
