Of course to me the Olive Garden is going to be good. Service is just as, if not more important to me than the food. My server was excellent. He was very personable and friendly. Has only downfall would be that he kept forgetting to bring my daughter a drink. The rest of the staff was genuinely friendly also. What I did not appreciate was the large table of loud teenagers they sat in the same area as older people and adults. It became hard to concentrate on our conversation and the food once they sat down. We packed our food, did not end up getting dessert and left quickly. Working as a hostess, you should know how to group certain people together. It ended our dining experience and lost your restaurant and the server additional money. How often do you think that has happened?. Lots of lost revenue not paying attention to details.

Recommended dishes: Never Ending Dipping Sauces for Breadsticks, Endless Salad

Has an odor upon entry. Carpet probably needs to be removed or replaced. Enjoyed the fried cheese, otherwise the food was ok. The server asked if my kids wanted to add something to their entree that was an upcharge...didn't love that, especially when one kid didn't eat it.

Came after a movie at showcase, looked busy due to a big party outside , I got the chicken shrimp carbonara and added mushrooms and Italian sausage. Everything was actually really good , textures made everything seem very fresh. Salad was great and so was my husbands gnocchi soup and tortellini , our waitress was super nice although I can’t remember her name, I’d recommend it way more than the colerian location. A lot more space too, not so crowded together. We went there cuz we had a gift card but were pleasantly surprised at how fresh it all was

Pick up order. Came out early. Employee was courteous. Haven't had it in a long time. Ziti is delicious still. Breadsticks were not fresh. Love the salads but needed 1 additional dressing.

All I can say is ask for William! He's WONDERFUL with a capital everything! I'm pretty sure he said he was new but you couldn't tell it from his great attention to detail (he got our order perfect), easy demeanor (nothing seemed to shake him) and knowledge of the menu (he flipped that digital table thingy around and showed me every kid's meal they had). Hold on to him - you have a treasure in this one!
