This location is very busy at lunch time but they are great at making the food quickly. It came out of the kitchen and was served to us at our table. The food was very good and the fries were exceptional.

I ordered online to get the buy one get one deal for the Bengals win yesterday. Before placing my order the system at 4pm said it would be a 1hr wait. After putting in my credit card information and submitting my order the conformation said my order would be ready at 9pm. 5 HOURS after placing my order. I tried to call the restaurant to cancel and nobody would answer the phone. I go all the way to the restaurant and they tell me I can place an order for carry out and receive it now BUT not get the buy one get one deal or I could wait until my order is ready at 9pm. I told them to cancel the order and I left. It’s absolutely ridiculous that not only was the time estimate before ordering a complete lie but I had to go all the way to the restaurant to get a refund. And because I paid online it will be 3 days before I get my money back. Why do a deal like that if you can’t manage your orders.

We ordered 90 minutes ahead. Said it would be ready by 6.15. Got there, they said 8:30 9 o clock. Also,the girl was rude as hell. Not great.

Ordered 2 cheesesteaks and a medium fry. The sandwiches were not made as we had ordered and they were really bad. We threw them away . We paid over $42.00 for food we had to throw away

This has to be the best penstation location by far thanks to the night shift manger Royce!! He’s Great welcoming ,friendly, clean atmosphere ,takes pride in his job! Now days when u spend your hard money that’s exactly what u need! Luv Ann

I ordered the big Don Italian at Donatos, and the Italian sub at Jimmy John’s.
Neither of those compare to the taste of the Penn Station Italian sub.
It’s the best hands down!

The food was fresh and hot, and the portions were large . The managers and workers were very friendly and spoke at this location. I felt welcomed there and will definitely return to the fairfield location.

Okay so my husband and I went in and ordered and there was a bit of a wait but the place was seemingly well staffed and it was sooo good! Quality is the worth the time and I made sure to thank the folks working. The sandwiches were delicious (that chicken teriyaki? Yumm!) but I gotta say the fries were made especially well because this was days ago and I still remember how good they were. I need to come back for more, and intend to soon, thank you!

Penn Station is one of my favorite restaurants. I always get the chicken teriyaki and fresh cut fries. I typically get it to go, but it is so much better eating it there, fresh and hot! The service is quick and the workers are friendly. Like most restaurants these days, the tables are lacking on cleanliness. I will continue to eat here. As I said before, it is one of my favorites.
