I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after having lunch with my family yesterday for the first time at PDC. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience (as did my family) - the food, the service, and the aesthetics were all very good! We had beef pho, go cuon (summer rolls), crab rangoon (free during happy hour), and bubble tea. I can’t speak about the authenticity of the food, but I’m a foodie who’s had plenty of Vietnamese food in my lifetime, and IMO this place was great! 👍

At least it was clean for now. It's a newer restaurant but given the level of attention paid by employees it won't be for long. I had a chicken Bahn mi and at first bite the chicken was in danger of breaking my teeth. I kept eating hoping it was just some crispy bits. Nope rock hard throughout. Neither of the two servers asked if the food was good and when I finished the only question was,is it going to be a card good luck hope you improve running a business is hard and takes attention to detail

O.....M.....G!!!! Today was my first visit to the Fairfield, Ohio location. I ordered Pho Tom (shrimp) for carry out. When I got home I had to take a 30 minute meeting before eating. Opened my bag and was presently surprised by the packaging. Everything you need including the perfect sized bowl was included. I am full and very happy 🩷🩷🩷

I tried the Fried Rice and some shrimp pho. It was ok. The fried rice was a 2. The pho was a 3.5, so I settled on 3 stars.

Let me preface this review with we didn't order and traditional Vietnamese food. We stopped in for a quick snack. We got the wings and combo appetizer. Both were a let down. The spring rolls tasted like they were previously frozen, the crab rangoon was entirely cream cheese and the items had a weird aftertaste like the fryer was cleaned but not rinsed properly. The wings were just plain deep fried and served with a weird sauce that tasted like it was straight from a jug. Service was okay but our server forgot several things. The interior was nice and the bathrooms were clean.

My first experience ordering Pho and it made me so happy. I could not believe how flavorful the broth was. I would never have guessed this could and would be so tasty. I ordered the Pho with shrimp and he ordered the Pho with steak and brisket. Next time I will get the steak. Adding Sriracha and hoisin and a squeeze of lime was chef's kiss! The crab rangoon appetizer was perfect and had a good amount of crab. I ordered the medium size pho and it was so big. I would definitely get a small next time. More than enough.

The food is super good. The service is poor and slow. I would not sit down and eat here again as the employees have their children in the restaurant and have them playing in a tablet with no headphones. Order your food togo to save yourself the service.
