I came in right as they were closing, and I really appreciate how the team still took my not-so-small order without making me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. They were patient, professional, and kind, even though I know they were probably ready to finish up their shift. It made what could have been an awkward experience feel completely normal. Thank you to the team working today (7/18/25) for their great attitude and customer service! It didn’t go unnoticed.

I love starbucks. This morning they gave me the wrong items and when asked if they could refund me the difference of what I paid vs what I was given, they could not and I'd have to wait while they made the correct order (thus making me run late due to their accident or take the incorrect order even though I had paid more for other items). I was shocked i couldn't get even the difference refunded so I could get on my way to work. After the barrista gave me the correct oder and said the issue was shed initially given me someone else's order by accident. She was super nice but the issue I have is the policy for this starbucks to not refund when appropriate. It really soured my love of starbucks.

Doesn't matter if you order ahead. Arrived at the be ready by time and still waited an additional 8 minutes. 2 folks walked in and got food and drinks before I did and I ordered 10 minutes before they got there.

Edit: they are fine now. New people work there so no issues. :>Amazing! Perfect taste and nice baristas. However, today there was new staff and they did NOT know what they were doing. Waited 30 minutes to get T E A. When the old baristas come back, I'll give it a 5 star. Hire and train your people better Starbucks. I will also add that when I got my Vanilla Bean Frap the whipped cream was deflated and not very good.

This has got to be the SLOWEST STARBUCKS I've ever visited in my life. It doesn't matter what time of day I visit or day of the week. The staff is polite that's never an issue. I get an hour for lunch and work about 5 minutes from this location and it will take my whole lunch at times just to get a frappe... And the tables are always dirty and the floors I've even helped clean them up before.

Terribly slow, had to be reminded several times about a mobile order and what was in it, which proceeded to take over 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a sandwich. Snobby employees who will walk within feet of you but not make eye contact, so, classic Starbucks fashion. Try ordering from inside the Jungle Jim's if you REALLY want the full being-ignored experience!

Ordered a grande double chocolate chip cream frapp with nonfat. Somehow it tastes like water with a tiny hint of chocolate!! Worst drink I’ve ever had. Should stick to UDF. Non fat milk still has taste of milk so if non fat at Starbucks tastes like water don’t offer this option then. Worst drink ever. Waste of $6

Didn't really like this location. Some of the workers were rude and I ordered a sugar cookie latte but it tasted nasty! No sweetness whatsoever tasted like watered down coffee with a buttery flavor. Very disappointed ?

Inferno Skilz

It varies from person to person. Location was a bit small, it's outside of the Jungle Jim's. I always place my order ahead & just pick it up so I don't have to wait in line although I hope they start asking for names since I could just grab 2 others & no one would really know.
