Disappointed. Smelled musky. Waited awhile for our server to come over. Then waited for our drinks, food took awhile. Had to wait on refills. Not pleasant. Dont think well be back.

Had like 10 cars in lot and was told there was a 10 minute wait. The place was mostly empty
Nice place for some decent Italian food. Service and atmosphere were the highlights, but the food wasn't bad either.

We arrived on a weekday right when the restaurant opened and were seated right away. Our server came to take our order about 15 minutes later, and parties that arrived after us already had their drinks and salads. Our food took forever even though the three of us only ordered spaghetti. The food was fine but the margarita I ordered (which I waited 20 minutes for) tasted like it was only sour mix. After the food was delivered we never saw our server again (no drink refills) and a hostess ended up bringing our bill. Very disappointing visit, especially since we paid about $50 for just me and my two kids. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

We arrived for lunch at 12:50 and there were only 2 tables with people at them. The service really could not have been slower. It took 10 minutes for our waitress to come to our table after we were seated. There was one woman waiting tables and she may have been struggling. We ordered two entrees and one to go when she came to our table the first time. When we were finished and waiting for our to go ice cream (which took 15 minutes 😵💫) the complete entree was still not ready despite ordering it an hour prior. The tables sat dirty from the two
groups that left for the whole
hour. Then as we were walking out the waitress bussed the tables. We eat at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Louisville all the time and have never had service this bad. The restaurant was almost empty and unfortunately I understand why. We won’t visit this location again.

Food was very good. Service not so much. I asked our waiter for some butter, but never got any; I asked for unsweet tea and he brought me sweet tea; and I ask our waiter to give my husband my ice cream, but he didn't.

We love to come to the Spaghetti Factory but we have one complaint and that is that the gentleman that was cleaning the tables was banging the dishes which was very irritating to us as customers. I feel that they need to be taught that people are paying for a good dinner not to listen to the dishes bang and clatter with EVERY table that was cleaned.

Haven't been here in years and thought we would try it again. Prices are high and food isn't great. We won't be going back.

Very dissatisfied except for the poor waitress which covered the whole place while manager just watched. She was very sweet but lunch took over 3hrs. The manager looked like he just rolled out of bed with no coffee in him and was not accommodating at all. They gave us 2 lunch menus for 15 people. I heard alot of complaints that the food was very salty and my chicken marsala was so tough I sent it back and because of how slow the kitchen was I ordered my food to go which looks like a half portion.
LOVE Atmosphere outside of watching someone cleaning all the wood around while eating.
I don't like to give bad reviews but have to say WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Mediocre pasta joint trying to do what olive garden does better. An interesting cheese pasta dish and decent minestone but the place is a bit of a mess and a hair in our salad :(

This place has been a staple in our family since it was originally located in downtown Cincinnati. It is well worth the drive to relish in this family favorite and celebrate a family member's birthday. Although there were some minor issues with our server, we understand that nothing is perfect and that will not deter us from returning to enjoy another meal or celebrate another momentous occasion.
You can't beat the prices for a 3 course meal inclusive with dessert Spumoni and vanilla ice cream. Large variety and portion sizes for all appetites.
Walking into this atmosphere is like taking the DeLorean Back to the past where the photographic documentation on the walls as well as the furniture it is like going back in time. An education on what it was like centuries ago in Cincinnati. I highly suggest you check out the trolley car it is a fan favorite with our family

At lunch time it's not crowded but one server - she was on the ball and was attentive to everyone. As always the clam sauce (this is the only place I'll order it) was fantastic!

The Old Spaghetti Factory – More Like The Lukewarm Pasta Franchise
I recently visited The Old Spaghetti Factory, hoping to stir up a bit of nostalgia and drown it in marinara. Sadly, the experience left me feeling like someone microwaved my childhood memories and served them up with a parsley garnish.
Let’s start with the good: the service. Our server was friendly, attentive, and somehow managed to keep a straight face while delivering entrees that clearly hadn't been near a sauté pan in years. Hats off to the staff — they’re the real MVPs here.
The atmosphere, on the other hand, felt like a theatrical set where someone shouted, “Make it quirky, but corporate!” It’s trying so hard to be whimsical and vintage that it almost veers into parody. If you’ve ever wanted to dine in a furniture warehouse dressed like a turn-of-the-century streetcar, this is your spot.
Now the food… oof. Once upon a time, The Old Spaghetti Factory had dishes that tasted like someone back there gave a damn. Now, it’s a half-step above a microwave dinner, with a price tag that’s sprinting toward fine dining. At $35 per person, I expected pasta that didn’t taste like it came from the back of a Costco freezer. What I got was more “factory” than “spaghetti.” There’s clearly been a shift from quality and pride to squeezing out every last cent of margin.
In short: great service, try-hard decor, and food that makes you question your life choices about halfway through the entree. If you’re craving carbs and disappointment, they’ve got you covered.
