Service is very very slow. We ordered a kids meal, cinabon and a drink and it took them 24 minutes, then the order wrong. This will be the last time we visit this establishment.

I would rate it a 0 star if i could. .It's , absolutely.The worst Wendy's I've ever been to no Tomatoes my chicken sandwich was overcooked!! no sweet or unsweetened tea or ketchup in the dispenser in the dining area

Just bought some nuggets. Only went up the hill pulled into a parking spot to eat. Cold as hell is hot. Yesterday same thing different location. Is this what Wendy's is doing now. Selling cold nuggets left over from lunch. HORRIBLE

I go here fairly often and never ceases to amaze me how many items Im missing from my order. It’s on me for not double checking every order, but now just having issues placing a mobile order and always getting questioned when I pick it up due to someone already taking it. Just come on now where’s the line drawn here.

The guy dealing with food was eating a frosty while packaging food. My grilled chicken wrap chicken was hard as a rock. There was water all over the floor they just kept walking through near the soda machine. They also had no utensils to eat with, so I had to eat my potato with my hands. Food overall was disgusting. We stop here every 6 weeks when we take the pups to the vet. I guess we will try the restaurant across the road. Restroom was very clean.

Drive thru was terrible. 5 kids standing around and still couldn't get my simple order correct. I just got my money back
This Wendys is a mess… service is awful and dining room is falling apart. I went in today for lunch and after waiting ten minutes for someone to even acknowledge my existence, an elderly lady said she “can’t take my order”?! When I asked what that meant she mumbled something about having too many orders already and it would be a long wait before she could even take my order. The inside was also dirty and had furniture falling apart. One of the booth walls fell over and was just laying on the floor broken. I left and went to McD’s bout half mile down the road.. had my food in <5min. Ive never experienced anything like this at a Wendy’s before.. wont be back.

Hands down absolutely worst Wendy’s in the history. Long lines, rude employees, bad food. Not made right or super sloppy. I just waited 35 mins in the drive thru and got handed crap food not even edible. Don’t eat here it’s a crap hole. All my nuggets were half sized wth lol
