I went there for lunch and ordered the $8 JBC meal. I had to wait at the speaker longer than I should have, and then at the window was at least 5 minutes. I just work right around the corner so my food shouldn't have been cold. Not a good lunch this time.

All tables dirty, spill on the floor, empty ketchup dispenser, and had to wait for someone to notice us at the front and so did several other customers. While waiting up front we looked back to see one of the workers making a drink for himself instead. They forgot key parts of our meal (including dressing for a salad) several times and we had to go back up to ask.

Literally the worst location. The older lady that works there is so nasty towards everyone and practically called me stupid today because I had to come inside to pay because my husband gave me the wrong card and he had to send me a picture of his other card and I had to type in the number. She wouldn't even do it the mngr had to come help. She's so rude and needs to work somewhere else

Poor Management Skills at this Wendy’s #00000984 store employee smoking outside and not washing hands I was told the employee washed his hands well prove it to me go wash your hands again why is it a big deal of hand washing that’s just so disgusting!!!!!!!! It starts with management this job ain’t for everyone 🤦🏽‍♀️
Maybe management need to go back to management school or take a course at the health department !!!!!!!!

So unprofessional. Got my order wrong 2x, 3rd time the cashier told us to hold on so she could laugh with her coworkers. Asked her to confirm our order and she refused too. Hilariously, she forgot my sauce too.

Just bought some nuggets. Only went up the hill pulled into a parking spot to eat. Cold as hell is hot. Yesterday same thing different location. Is this what Wendy's is doing now. Selling cold nuggets left over from lunch. HORRIBLE
