Turnover rate speaks for itself, poor quality food, employees are kind and helpful. Visible/audible disdain for employees by management. Hostile and anxiety inducing environment.

Use to be one of the best Wendy's they fell off expeditiously. You get rushed service with too many errors. There is an older lady that takes your order and rushes you as your saying your order.

Burger tasted fine and fries came out crisper than they usually do. A lot of the self-serve items like ketchup and napkins aren't there and you have to go to the register and ask someone for extras.

They should shut down the dining room. They only worry about the drive-thru. I went inside to avoid the long drive-thru line and ordered. I waited for my order for 10 minutes while car after car after....received their food. The people in the drive-thru that hadn't ordered yet received their food before me. I couldn't leave, Wendy's had my money. I was stuck!

This place is so slow. Every time you go you are told please hold we will be with you in a minute and you sit for 5 minutes before you can order. Then wait another 5-10 minutes for food. Service sucks at this location every day all day. Either close it down or hire a new crew and

I purchased their double baconator . It had ONE piece of bacon and what looked like the crumbs they swept off the counter! Absolutely gross. I took it back to the counter and asked HOW MANY PIECES OF BACON COME ON THE DOUBLE BACONATOR...the cashier said idk. The manager said idk. Really.Wendy's??? You're charging 8or9 dollars for these sandwiches and make them NOTHING like you advertise. Even with the proper ingredients, you STILL have no one who knows how to make it correctly. Damn! Restaurant workers and fast food people want more money but they for sure are not giving you better service.
