My boyfriend and I really like the food and coffee but the people are a little rude. I understand customer service is hard, as I work in it as well but you never know when you'll get a nice person because not all customers are rude.

$21 for 2 breakfast bagel vegetarian sandwiches and 2 small drinks. This place has gone down hill. Zero toppings, rushed together, cold coffee and half the jugs empty. It’s not worth it any more. I won’t go back.

I have been to this location multiple times and I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my food and drinks. Friendly staff and quick service. Our favorite is the French toast bagel with egg and cheese. Great affordable place to get coffee and breakfast

We stopped here twice on vacation for breakfast. Staff were prompt and kind unlike nearby Starbucks. I had forgotten how much I love their bagels!

1st off, the “girl with the nose ring at the register” as a previous customer called her is not rude!!! She is super nice, my daughter and I go at least 3 times a week!!! The staff has always been pleasant even when they have had to fix something which unfortunately has been the case recently, I am not sure if it’s all the new people there or what but it makes me sad because I love Bruegger’s even if I get the same sandwich every time.?
