The Crumbl location has room for improvement. When I received my 4-pack, two of my cookies were slightly underbaked. I also waited 15 min. even though there was only one person in front of me. The two self-order machines when you first enter the store were also out of order. My cookies still tasted good though!
Staff was incredibly helpful, kind, understanding, and patient. I was able to get the treats I needed and all with a smile. Please give them a raise, they truly deserve it! It is October 19th, 6:09 pm, the two women on shift deserve praise and a reward!

I had the Dulce De Leche cookie which looked far better than it tasted. The saving grace for the cookie is the dollop of icing on the top that was very tasty.The caramel topping was not very good unless it was the portion that also had icing on it. I would suggest that the amounts of caramel and icing should be equal to make the cookie tastier.
