Recently underwent a change in management and it has been a world of difference. This is definitely my preferred Subway in this area now. The people were nice, friendly and eager to help!
I placed an order on the app for delivery with the bogo sale. I got an error message that the order could not be placed and it didn’t show up in the order history. So I tried placing another order and the same thing happened. I didn’t get a confirmation number, email or text for either order but I was charged for both of them. When I was trying to order the young employee was very disrespectful by looking at his phone for the entirety of my order. He couldn’t remember what I said my order was since he was on his phone. I had to repeat myself multiple times and wait for the employee to get off the phone before I could say anything else. The entire time he was making my order he was on his phone.
