The employee working today had a horrible attitude. She never acknowledged that I was there, and when my order was ready, she placed it on the counter not saying a word and turned away with attitude. Sorry she’s mad she has to do her job. That employee sucks, and I wouldn’t want her working for me.

I had the Dulce De Leche cookie which looked far better than it tasted. The saving grace for the cookie is the dollop of icing on the top that was very tasty.The caramel topping was not very good unless it was the portion that also had icing on it. I would suggest that the amounts of caramel and icing should be equal to make the cookie tastier.

Went in to place a order for just a few cookies and they aren't taking orders...only 2 people working and they won't take any orders...this is when the place doesn't close for several more hours. I came here to attempt and try their cookies. But I won't be back, horrible first

The Crumbl location has room for improvement. When I received my 4-pack, two of my cookies were slightly underbaked. I also waited 15 min. even though there was only one person in front of me. The two self-order machines when you first enter the store were also out of order. My cookies still tasted good though!
