Their pistachio cake is delicious but their “pizza” by the slice was basically toast with a smear of tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Stouffer’s French Bread frozen pizza is a 100% better.

EDIT to update. I've been coming here for years and everything has changed since they have expanded locations and focused on travel. Countless times they don't have menu items listed. The power out or water is shut off. No way to pay or super limited options. It's just disappointing.
One of the best places to stop for coffee. Seasonal PB mocha is amazing. Great pricing and quality of coffee that surpasses Starbucks any day. #shopsmall #supportlocal

Hadn't been in a while, but I surw miss the old Arnones. The coffee end is smaller with many fewer inside seats, our server wasn't very knowledgeable about the coffees available. I didn't think the pourover was nearly as good as it used to be. Doubt we'll be back.

3 years later... I stopped by again. The pourover was great, but the barista didn't know squat about the coffee. Misidentified the Ethiopian as a dark roast. Even when questioned, "that's what they told us". The old Arnone's is still missed.

this is actually ridiculous i show up in drive through line for hot chocolate and they’re already over priced and i payed for a large and they barley filled the cup. i’m not even being dramatic it was barely 1/4 full this is terrible. I hate this establishment

My children enjoyed the gelato and the fun Italian cone that comes with it, and I enjoyed my latte! They had honey I was able to use to sweetened my latte, which is always great when coffee shops have honey available for me!

The staff are so incredibly rude and unprofessional. The coffee one of their baristas was awful and the milk tasted burnt. I burned my tongue badly from it. A young barista fortunately remade it for me for free after hearing my problem and offered a pastry that she paid for as an apology. The manager seemed so rude and didn't seem to care about my problem at all. I also hated how he spoke to the barista working at the time. He seemed very condescending. they also keep an awful food area that is usually dirty and the gelato place never has service except for a singular barista working by themselves.

I recommend anywhere else! I got a s'more latte and a brownie. Both were terrible. The brownie tasted like it was weeks old and should not be ingested by anyone. The s'more coffee just tasted like watered down coffee and sugar. There was no s'more taste whatsoever. Oh and the baristas took their good ole time even greeting me at the counter. Seriously, go somewhere else and they will have better service/food than this place.

Stopped in for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Coffee was good. The egg and spinach on a ciabatta roll was a bit bland. Won't stop me from going back again though.

i am absolutely disgusted with the experience i had today 10/18/2024. every friday i come here for bombolinis and i have never had any issues except for today. i pull up to the window, and ask if they have any left. the lady at the window says yes, and i ask which ones, she replies “all of them” i say okay….all of them as in mixed berry, pumpkin, chocolate, and vanilla? she states that they don’t have mixed berry only pumpkin in the nastiest tone. when she was the one who said that they had all of them to begin with. i just ask for 4 vanilla because her attitude is absolutely disgusting and i just want to get them and leave. she doesn’t give me a total, just tells me to pull up to the front window. when i get to the front i ask her if there’s a manager i can speak with and she says “i am the manager, why?” i said well you’re being extremely rude and your attitude is disgusting and i did nothing to you, is there anyone else i can speak to? she hands me the bombolinis, slams the door in my face, doesn’t give me a receipt and walks away. and at that point i just wanted to give them back. i sat there for 5 minutes in shock holding up the line just for my receipt. 3-4 people pass the window and chose not to acknowledge me or the other cars, one of your employees came up to the window, asked if everything was okay, i told her exactly what happened and stated that i was just trying to get my receipt, and i explained how her ASSISTANT MANAGER was treating me because at the end of the day, she was in the wrong. the kind associate was extremely understanding and refunded my purchase (i explained that i was absolutely not trying to look for handouts or for anything free, i was just extremely disappointed in the service, because that has never happened to me at this establishment before.) unfortunately, with this experience i won’t be coming back to this establishment but i enjoyed it while it lasted!

Understaffed for after Mother's Day church service. Great gluten-free pastry choices. The coffee was delicious. ***update- We attended 3 Italian wine tastings this past year. Informative and delicious! Each course is paired perfectly. Great service!

Do better!! ! The people who work there are always nice and the place has a good energy about it. HOWEVER, for a cafe that seems to pride itself on being a bit above others and on its culinary offerings but charges $7 for stale avocado, is not elevated or tasty. Yes avocado does turn brown very quickly but then make it fresh on that day and if that isn't possible, then don't serve something that is unappealing. Duncan Donuts consistently serves better avocado toast.

I used to go there for coffee all the time but after this, it was just so off putting to think this is what the owner must think is acceptable that I am going to other places for coffee and breakfast for a while.

Walked in to this place. Two employees stood there talking about their schedules and totally ignored me. Few minutes go by and a guy came out from the back, took a look at me, turned around and went back without so much as a 'we'll be right with you' or even a hello. I don't know how these places can stay in business if the staff have contempt for the customers. They were all sloppy as well.

1st time through the drive through and ordered only coffee and avocado toast. Coffee cup had spilled coffee stains all over it and avocado toast was good but over priced for a 1 piece of bread. Staff was unkind, handed me my order with no napkins and then immediately walked away from window while I tried to call them back. Coffee was good but again overpriced.
