This used to be the best Dominos. The past two times have been disappointing. The staff has completely changed - they are still absolutely wonderful service wise - but the pizza quality is gone. The last one was under baked, chewy, and my request for light sauce ignored.
The previous to this was also underwelming but I dismissed it as a fluke.

If the owner caused the staffing changes you really messed up - you had the best pizza in Fairlawn for a good long stretch there.

My fiancé placed an order and I went to go pick it up, but had to make a few calls before entering the building. Through the window, I could see an employee quickly moving to multiple zones and balancing customers. His customer service was phenomenal to everyone that walked in including myself. I wanted to give him a tip, but since I paid with card and ahead of time, I wasn’t able to, so William, I just wanted you to know that your great work ethic and kind personality were noticed and very appreciated!!

This is our favorite place for 'cheap' pizza, but honestly, it's delicious. We enjoy it more than most pizza places in the area. The quality is great, and out of years of ordering from here, we just had our first inaccurate pizza today. I called and the manager, William, was very kind about replacing my pizza. It arrived quickly and was perfect. I always suggest upgrading your crust to handmade pan or NY, it's a whole different experience when you do!

I was having a difficult time with ordering pizza through the app. My card got charged twice but the order was not going through. I contacted the store and they had me call the 800 domino number. But I got routed to a call service that wanted to collect my information and kept asking me for the checking account information. Then a different SMS service. That was no help at all. I had to go to the store and see if I could fix all these issues. Luckily the people working were able to help and correct all the problems. William the store manager was the most helpful. The team in the shop were hustling to take care of us and all their customers. Thank you for helping out and let our family have a happy pizza Friday night. In store service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been ordering from this Dominoes for several years. I order the same wings everytime. Recently we have had some mix ups wirh our order. I was attempting to make sure the order was understood. This will be the last time I ever order from the Fairlawn location. At 4:49pm today, someone that identified themselves as the manager but wouldn't give a name, was extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason. When I asked to speak to someone else, he said there wasn't anyone else I could speak with and that they were to busy! Customer service is a big part of why you get returning business. His tone and unprofessionalism shouldn't be a representation of your company. I will not be ordering again.

We usually order from here all the time never really any issues. Food is always hot and good and ready to go great communication but this time customer service was just completely bad, never notified us the food was here. After giving a decent tip, I called and asked to speak to a manager waiting on hold for a couple minutes said that the driver was supposed to call us when they first left that never happened and then said it was a website issue. That’s not my problem. I am very reasonable and understanding and I told him I just wanted to let him know and then he asked what do you want me to do about it I was completely appalled by that as a manager, you should go above and beyond for customer service not asked the customer what they should do. I really hope Domino’s either shuts this location down because it doesn’t look like I’m the first person with this complaint or overhaul the staff because this is completely wrong. He decided to say I’ll give you a five dollar thing since you used a coupon we order from them all the time this is a joke and completely disrespectful.

This shop is on the ball! I ordered ahead for a later pick-up & for 7 pizzas they came out of the oven while I waited for just a few minutes! They were piping hot & delicious! A very well run location! Thanks for the excellent service & delicious pizza!

Why does this Domino’s treat you like family? They know you when you come in, and they are always prompt, and efficient, they truly don’t miss a beat. They have everything ready and prepared for pick up and they’re friendly all the while. I never thought I’d care so deeply about a pizza place, but here we are. Best Domino’s in Akron, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
