The person who took my order was boring and showed no appreciation for my business. He never asked if i wanted free extras or anything else to help me with my order. Some people should not interface with the public

Nothing special about the subs served here. I was disappointed on veterans Day when the special for veterans became a bag of chips. I prefer Subway where I can guide the server to make something that I pick.

Vegetarian options: Only had my free bag of chips.

I am loving the subs from here. I am telling everyone to go here. I have tried the new competition and they can't compare. The staff is always professional and friendly at firehouse subs and more delicious. I would highly recommend firehouse subs.
