Master Pizza Copley/Fairlawn

I wish I lived closer to Ohio Pie company but Master Pizza has yet to let me down. I’ve had the vegan pepperoni and sausage, both excellent. The cheese is decent too. I will be trying the supreme next time. Updated from previous review on 2024-12-21

Best vegan pizza

Vegetarian options: I ordered the veggie supreme Detroit style and Sicilian style gluten free crust.

Generally they have pretty good food. However this particular time they forgot a part of my order, when I called to ask if they would be willing to deliver it (I don’t live far at all, but I had already left my house and drove back so I felt that I shouldn’t have to leave again on behalf of their mistake), the man who answered replied in an exasperated tone “No, we’re too busy to do that.” And did nothing to rectify the situation leaving me very displeased with that interaction.

I'd give 5 stars but literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I order well done this location and the Medina location can't seem to do it. Why even have the option? Make it make sense.

Got the cbus thin crust special, $11 for a small 2 topping, added extra sauce, well done, with the parmesan sprinkle. Half tomato, half bacon. Still $11 and amazingly good! Glad I got the extra sauce for sure and the well done gave it a delicious crisp to it. I will definitely be returning!

My wife is allergic to dairy so finding a pizza place that uses vegan cheese is extremely difficult. Their vegan cheese pizza is so good I don't mind sharing it with her either 😆. Everytime we get a pizza the staff is always very friendly which is a bonus.

I’m a regular customer at this location and they were usually good before but recently o noticed that they are more skimpy on their meat put on the pizza. Also, the grilled chicken pizza was SO greasy that my daughter refused to eat more than one slice. It tastes like pizzas from places like Sam’s club and Costco cafe. The pizza here is twice as expensive but quality seems going down. I would have refused to take it if not for my daughter being hungry. I have to rethink about ordering here often.

Not our first time ordering but definitely our last. A few months ago order 2 pizzas asked for well done and got 2 undercooked pizzas chalked it up to a busy Friday night. Figured it's been awhile and would try again. Order a Cleveland style crimp crust Pepperoni with half onions extra and a thin crust half extra onion Pepperoni pizza. I can't begin to explain the amount of grease this pizza was sitting in when we opened the box. Not only that pizza wasn't fully cut and once you were able to get a piece out of the box you pick it up and it does a complete 90° angle as it's so limp from the amount of grease. $40 for 2 greasy pizzas is insane. We will never be ordering again

Ommfj, yes. This is pizza. I got c-bus style spicy supreme add onion and sausage and this is perfect. I absolutely love it. Saw a review further down about some cherrywood bbq sauce and was enough for me to try the wings. Got them well done and again, yes. These are the best bbq wings I've ever had and that's no exaggeration. I usually go for smoky and molasses but these are on point. If I'm in the area again this is where I'm going for pizza. And if you're dropping in for the eclipse coming up soon, eat here. Frfr.
